I went because it was Labor Day and my regular salon was closed. I took my daughter and I, she got a gel fill in and I got dip. I like my nails. My daughter did not like the work. However, the BIGGEST issue was that the ladies who did our nails were extremely rude. My daughter told me after we left that one lady laughed at her when we came in. The spoke their native language amongst themselves almost the entire time. At times it was obvious that it was about us. We talked about the service for about 20 minutes after leaving the shop. We shouldn’t have left feeling that way! Paid $120+ tips! Won’t be back! Recommend u don’t either✌🏾

I have consistently been going to this salon for a few months. My first appointment was great and I loved my tech. Every appointment after has been worse. Today I went in for an acrylic fill with gel polish. I chose a glitter gel that was the same brand as the gel I had previously chose and loved. The nail tech chose a lime green to go underneath to make it less see through as she said. I trusted her judgement as she is the professional. My nails came out looking ridiculous. They look nothing like the glitter I chose, which was on a nail swatch btw. On top of that, I have been cut every single time Ive gone. This most recent tech didnt even ask me what length I wanted. I understand we are encouraged to confront the nail techs but when they are literally rushing through your nails its kind of hard to feel comfortable doing so. My fill was absolutely not worth $50. I will be switching salons going forward. If you feel absolutely compelled to go here, request Tara as your tech. She is the best one Ive had.

Pedicure was fine, but the tipping is strange. You can put your service on your card, but tips can only be cash or Venmo.

My daughter and I went day before Mother’s Day 2021, I had an image of the color I wanted for reference, I did not see the color I wanted so I showed the nail tech the color as several of their color charts were with other customers, the nail tech said you can’t just show me a color from anywhere on the internet and expect me to have it! Sure enough they had the color that was on the chart someone else had.Fast forward 2 hours after leaving the gel polish started to peel off of my thumb and by morning 3 nails were without polish, I called and was invited back in for a polish change, the same nail tech was to re paint my nails, she only wanted to paint the 3 that came off,I asked for her to take the day old gel off and she said no! I shared my concern about the other 7 peeling off and she said they look fine. I asked to have all the gel removed without re-painting my nails. I just wanted to leave at that point, miraculously I could have all the nails polished,even choose a different color and have someone else do my nails. I decided to go with the original response of no all of my nails could not be re-polished.

Use to be my go to nail salon. My last visit sadly made it be my very last time going here. The nail tech butchered my nails. Came in for acrylics and already had color and design picked out. The lady had zero cares for doing her job. I ended up with a very infected finger. She didnt take care of my cuticles or push them back. Got nail polish all over my fingers and never cleaned it off. She cut the edge of my finger while grinding my nails which is what caused the infection smh. I had to call 3 times to finally speak to a manager and all they said was I could drive all the way there (30 min drive) and take that nail off but would receive NO refund. Couldnt believe the lack of customer care. I have always been a faithful customer and I never complain but that was completely a horrible experience.

This nail salon is clean and seems very upscale. I got a pedicure on Sunday and by the time I drove 10 min home, three of my toe nails had no polish left on them! I waited to let them dry for 10 minutes as my nail tech said. I was even wearing flip flops! I called and explained, and the manager said to come back the next day and they’d fix them. I went back 24 hours later and had a nail tech fix them (while her and another employee accused me of not understanding the nail drying process). I waited over 20 minutes for them to dry under the dryer this time. I went to leave, and nobody said a word to me. I understand it’s an inconvenience to everyone for me to come and get something fixed, but I was one of 3 customers there at that hour. Finally, I get home and realize my big toe is already all smudged and messed up 🤨😩 This has never happened anywhere else!! I’ve been getting my nails and toes done consistently for years.

Very friendly, let our group stay together while getting mani/pedi. Chatted with us for a bit then let us chat with our group. Excellent service.

Went in for pedicure and full set. Decided against full set after pedicure got screwed. Horrible, gel polish too thick, not to mention the tech got upset because I asked for filed toes. What’s a pedicure without filing and shaping to the clients liking. 2 different techs on one client, looks like 2 different types of work ugh. Not to mention my husbands toe was cut during his pedicure. And we were charged for wine that was complimentary with our pedicure. Safe to say we wont be returning or recommending.

Had the worst experience. Let the tech know I wanted them short for typing. They were just a smidge over my fingertip. They looked like duckbills. I asked him to file the sides in and at checkout he charged me $10 . He said ThT was a stiletto upcharge. These nails were so short, no length, these were not stiletto. We argued and he told me anytime a customer wants the sides filed, it’s 10 extra. 70 dollars for tiny square nails . Never ever again! Wish I could post a picture of what he called stiletto!

I went on March 27th and it is now March 30th had a dip done as my manicure and its already coming off! Last dip I had done was in January and lasted until I went on the 27th ...so disappointed! I will be looking elsewhere from now on!

I went to get a full set of acrylic nails. I havent gone to a salon by myself before and the staff were amazing and fully professional. I was recommended here by a friend and I asked for Mikie and she was absolutely amazing! She had similar ideas for what I wanted with my nails and she did an absolute phenomenal job!! The pricing is fair, the place is clean, and the staff is mostly professional. They could do a little less shop talk in front of customers, but they are always attentive to what the needs of their customers are. I have had pedicures and a full set here more than a few times and the value for the price paid is worth it to me.

They have bed bugs!!!! My good friend went there and was sitting on the share and noticed her body was itching and looked down to SEE BED BUGS ON THE CHAIR AND HAD TO USE A BOTTLE OF THEIR ALCOHOL TO SPRAY HER AND HER BABY DOWN! THEY TOOK THE CHAIR TO THE BACK AFTER SHE TOOK PICTURES !!!!

Got my nails done (powder dip) on Sunday mid day, the woman hurt my skin several times with the buffer and filed my nails giving it the WRONG shape. She never asked me what shape I wanted she just assumed I wanted oval shaped nails. Its been over 24 hours and my nails hurt, theyre so tender, it feels like I have fake nails. Hated this experience so much. It wasnt worth the $43 + $5 tip. She left my hand with clear nail polish. It was a hot mess.

Really pretty inside, but I went in to have my acrylics removed and the friendliness was so-so and service okay. I was charged $10 for the tech to basically take them off the same way I would- sliding a small plastic piece underneath to pry them off. A large chunk of acrylic was left on my thumb. She kept asking if it hurt, and I mean... Kinda.. because she kept stabbing my fingers with the plastic. Id give them another chance but Im skeptical about their removal services. Pics attached, keep in mind my nails are typically quite short but more so now than usual.

Expensive for what you get. Paying Salon Prices for what feels like discount service. They gathered and piled all the trash and waste under my feet during the service? Never asked me anything? No place to put your stuff and the chairs don’t work. So....

Had a wonderful pedicure done by Lyn, Eyebrow Wax and Tint by Mickey. Both did an excellent job, were kind, and conversational!

I hadn’t been here in a while, but I went back today because I desperately needed my acrylics fixed. I’m so glad I did. They were able to fix a bad fill from a different salon, AND they had the specific OPI gel color in stock that I asked for! My tech was so sweet and did my nail length and shape exactly how I like them. They’re beautiful. The salon is just as clean and pretty as I remembered. I’ll be back again!

I have used this salon many times, I went in today to make an Appt. And the young girl at the front desk was very very unfriendly, not helpful and frankly rude. I am looking forward to the new nail salon coming soon to Wright Way in Springboro as will plan to switch after this unfriendly treatment. Not a good image as customers first point of contact !!

The nail guy I had didn’t shape my nails right and I got told that somebody could do my nails and when I got sat down and showed I got told he couldn’t do it. My nails weren’t prepped, the station I was at was dirty and I don’t think I should’ve paid $81 with the service I had.

Nail tech aggressively scraped my gel polish off of my toenails, causing serious damage to my nails. Polish job lasted 2 days on my pedicure when my gel pedicure they removed off had lasted for 4 weeks and still looked new.

Went there for the first time today with my daughter and I will NEVER go back again. The nail tech who worked with me rushed me throughout, cut my nail very low and I felt like it was a bother for her to work with me. She completely overcharged us for a simple pedicure and a gel manicure. I thought to use them due to proximity...i should have read the reviews before going. On the other hand, the guy who worked with my daughter was very pleasant and took his time.

Mickey took excellent care of me! Love the Signature Spa Pedicure... includes mail shaking, painting, callus removal, leg massage, hot towel massage, and my Moscato wine was reasonably priced, too. See, men CAN enjoy a pedicure! 😁

Krista was amazing & I can’t recommend her enough! She fixed another nail techs work & gave me exactly what I wanted the first time around. These may be my favorite set of nails I’ve ever had. Will most definitely be coming back :)

BED BUGS ALL OVER THE PLACE!!

I was so excited to have found a nice salon. I went on a Friday evening, waited about 5 minutes which was great, the person who did my nails kept trying to get me to get gel polish because it looks nicer, I explained my experience with gel wasnt very good. I type a lot and the gel cracks. So she continues to do my nails and I got a colored tip. she does them as quickly as possible and rushes me to the drying station, I finally get a chance to look at them because I have a feeling they look horrible because she rushed and only put a thin top coat on. what do you know shes hacked off corners of my nails and when doing the tips she got the nail color all over my nail. not to mention she didnt take all of the old polish off so I can see pink everywhere. I was unhappy so I walked to the front and asked if I could get another top coat he calls the girl up and she says oh sorry I forgot. Im pretty convinced she did a hack job so I would come back and want gel polish. I paid over 50.00 dollars for this fill in and I am so unhappy with how they look. I will not name the tech, but I will never let her touch my nails again. I also will never return to this location. I cant believe they have techs there that would do such a terrible job

I went in to get a full set with no polish and my sister got a full set with three extra polishes same shape as me and almost same length. the lady I got was very rude didn’t ask what shape and told me they were 46 dollars when my sisters was 50 dollars.

First time and everyone seemed really nice. I went with a group. The pedicure was nicely done but then whatever scrub used burned my skin and I have a rash on the top of my foot. The guy who did my nails wasn’t wearing a name tag but he rushed me through and my nails had huge globs that were still wet and runny hours later. I wouldn’t get my nails painted there ever again.

Don’t go here!! They charged me an insane Amount of money for my 7 year old daughter and me to get a pedicure. They also gave me a sore on the bottom of my foot that hurts when I walk. Go somewhere else to get better service and hopefully less expensive. They are awful!!! And I think they are thieves for charging me so much.

They are simply the best -- Ive been getting acrylics from them since they opened. Kathy and Amy are the great. I am so hard on my nails, and they will last me 2-3 weeks between my fill ins. They look very natural and I get compliments on them all the time. Love everyone in the salon -- they are very welcoming and laid back. They dont try to push additional services on you. Great experience every time.

Because the front desk person didnt direct traffic correctly pedicure tech was told not to worry about mani start of service, manager had a public tantrum embarrassing tech and upset tone of climate concerned with running late treating me badly that they were now running late. I received my full treatment with mani and pedi and paid well for it. Didnt appreciate the way the tech was treated nor how I was treated. Appreciate my competed service. 100.00 later.

I went to this nail salon yesterday, horrible experience, I called prior my arrival to check if I will be able to have my nails and feet done when if I arrive at seven the owner states “yes,come one”. As I arrived from the other side of town at 7:09 the owner states I will not be able to have both service done because they close at 8 and the nail tech did not know she had something to do, so she states I am able to get one service done! I req. a full set / removal of my old set, the nail tech I was assigned to took an hour to soak my nails off, she was in a rush to leave b/c as she stated she had something to do! So instead of me getting and acrylic full set and being treated as a paying customer I just gotten my acrylic soaked off which was very frustrating. No to metion in the beginning of the service she states my soak off will be $5 without stating w/o service it’s $10. She was not focused on my nails she kept engaging in other people conversation, she showed her frustration while doing my nails. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!In response to the owner, that was not stated over the phone per arrival she stated the nail tech have something to do and did not know. The set I came in with was a two week old set. I understand you guys will saying anything to protect the look of your business but this confirms I will never step foot in that place again. I went a few weeks ago - hadn’t been in a while and figured I would give this place another try. The polish selection was ghastly - they used to stock a variety of OPI colors - now there are less color options and lower quality brands. The place was a bit dingy and not as clean as it used to be. My nail tech was very nice but my polish was sloppily applied - it appeared in several different spots on my feet and toes, along with several bits of my nails that weren’t completely painted. My pedicure maybe lasted a week - they usually last a month from any good pedicure I’ve had done. I will not be returning.

I came here September 1st to get nails done. I was a little critical as the previous nail salons I went to were not so friendly and were a bit rough. The person who did my nails were so gentle and friendly. First coming into the salon, the front desks greets you and is very helpful and nice. I believe Tammy did my nails, Im not sure if that was her name but she was so sweet and did a great job at keeping me comfortable and also was NOT rough with my nails at all. The end result was gorgeous and I was very satisfied. Im not from the area but if I were to come back, I definitely consider getting my nails done here again.

I have been to this location four different times, hoping for a better experience with each time, but am always disappointed. Every time I have had a different nail tech for my services and every time I am made to feel that they are completely put out by having to do my nails. I always feel rushed and just not welcome. I always come in as a walk-in because of my job, but that shouldn’t be a reason for being made to feel unwelcome. I will go elsewhere from here on out. Its unfortunate because this location is so convenient for me!

So I got my nails done a few days ago, and I came in today to get them removed because a couple of nails are infected. I come in and they refuse to take them off because I cannot prove what day I came in. So now I get to walk around with infected nails. Oh and my birthday is on Wednesday.

I’ve given this place so many chances and today was the last straw. This is how I have left the salon after paying almost $50 for a job I could do better myself. Still lots of hard skin, badly painted over my cuticles and just overall terrible. Some of the staff are absolutely great, and I’ve had great experiences with manicures, just absolutely terrible pedicures.

My daughter and I love this place. The staff was great and went out of their way to make sure shes completely satisfied every time. Highly recommend!

Went there after a very stressful month and Sophia was the nicest person there! She did my manicure and pedicure and almost a month later both still look like new. This is surprising to me because I do dishes by hand with bleach water, clean house and other normal chores and there is not one chip or scratch. She really helped me relax and enjoy this me time! Cant wait to go back!

They do a nice work, the bowls are lined with disposable liners, I did not have to wait long, in fact- I went on my lunch hour they did a great job!

Really upset. Got a fill for my acrylics and the girl named Sam literally made each nail a different shape. I was bleeding and the Polish acid stuff was burning me so badly since it was going straight into open wounds. The manager kept hovering and correcting her. I felt like a tester for her. She forgot what color I picked asked if I remembered the number ... Which I didnt and she grabbed a color I didnt even know if it was it honestly but it had been so long and painful I just didnt care anymore. They are SO THICK and trashy looking. She COVERED MY SKIN IN GLUE. She was trying to Jab the file in between my glued skin and underneath nail and had put so much glue she couldnt do it. So upset and had to pay 55$ for it. Worst experience so upsetting. I feel like I shouldnt have to pay 55$ for a balance ?? I paid 60 just to get a full set the first time..

My first visit there and I loved the place . I had Ruby she did the best job on my nails. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. They have great prices too!!

I went there with my friend today and the employee at the desk was not very welcoming. She asked what we wanted and I said “Medi is the one with the hand right?” And she said “no it’s pedi”. So that’s what me and my friend put. So we waited and chose our colors then a man walked us over to the feet cleaning station and I said “this is the one for the feet right?” And he said “yes” and I told him there must’ve been a misunderstanding, I wanted the one for my hands. He didn’t understand so he went and got the lady that checked me in and instead of saying okay we can take care of that she goes “why did you put pedi then?” And I said “because that’s what you told me to put.” And she rolled her eyes and scratched it out and said so okay medi anything else? And I said gel too. So she sat us down and we waited some more. Then when they sat us down, my friends tech was very kind, but then mine finally came he was very rude and sassy and I had to explain to him that I didn’t want a full set I just wanted gel and he walked away and you could tell my his demeanor that he was annoyed by my presence. He didn’t talk to me at all and stopped twice to talk on the phone. My nails are very nice but I paid $40 for my nails with just gel and then my friend who got dipped/full set was only $45. I feel this is so close and high considering mine I didn’t get acrylic just gel. I was not very happy at the end of my service.

This was my first time here and I’ll never go back. They were very rude as soon as we walked in the door. They made us feel very unwelcomed and rushed. The guy doing my nails never talked to me, when he was done doing something he’d just put my hand wherever. He didn’t cut my nails at all or ask me how I wanted them shaped. When I was waiting on the soak, he just got on his phone. He did this multiple times. It just wasn’t a welcoming place at all, terrible customer service. It felt very rushed the whole time and my nails chipped two days later.

I looked online for their hours, drove there for a polish change 30 min before closing and they said “we are done for the night”. There was no one waiting. Super annoyed.

Worst manicure of my life. I got SNS done on a Monday and by Friday, I already had 2 chips and 3 cracks in my nails. Went back the following Monday, got them fixed and was assured that theyd hold up. A few day later, the cracks and chips reappeared and now were at 6 nails with major chips and the rest with cracks in them. I will NEVER go back here again. I dont know if the nail techs arent up to date on technique or what. Ive been getting SNS done for 2 years now and have never had this issue. So disappointed and out the money for a manicure that only lasted barely a week when its supposed to last 3-4. I wish I could attach pictures of this botch job.Edited to add: the pictures I posted where 5 days after getting FIVE nails totally re-dipped. So they shouldnt have deteriorated that fast and were well within your guarantee.

Where do I begin, well 5 of us went as we were getting ready for my daughters wedding. First of all they didnt have the colors that we showed them. Simple quartz color and a rose gold. Had to settle for the next best they had. I got a full set of acrylic with gel polish. The woman never even removed the cuticle, and we all know that acrylic doesnt bond well to skin so the backs of nails will be lifting within a week. The top coat on thumb started to peel at edge yesterday. In the years of getting nails done have never had this happen or seen it happen. My sister in law and my daughter both got a pedi and the guy working on my sister in law leaned into her toenails as he was painting them and ended up with her polish on his shirt and never offered to fix it. After all that all she wanted was french tips painted on her regular nails and was charged 40.00 for that. Wow that is insane and never even got nails. Needless to say we walked out of there paying over 400.00 with tips. That was for sure my first and last time making the mistake of going there.

Im not one to review but I felt I should after my experience. This was the absolute worst nail experience Ive ever encountered. My tech was very rude and very pushy. When he finished, my acrylics were so thin they were bendable but he refused to fix them. 3 nails broke after 4 days. I called to let them know and the manager told me that he didnt want to fix them and that its not his problem once we leave his salon. I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Not worth it at all!

This was my first time ever coming to this facility and my experience was HORRIBLE!!! Very nicely decorated on the inside but the staff are very rude. I had the Nail Tech names “ LU” he was very rude and rushed me. He did a terrible job on my nails they look like a 3 year old painted them and he didn’t clean the access polish off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. & “ LU” should be FIRED!! Doesn’t look like anyone has had a good experience with him in these reviews!

Went to this salon today. I had my SIL, niece and 4yo daughter with me. It was my 4 yo first time getting a mani. She was super excited! When we sat down she accidentally broke the nail polish bottle and the nail tech said “Shit”! I apologized many times. That was the first thing that scared my daughter. Then my daughter was holding onto my arm and he told her stop holding on to me rudely. He toldHer to get another bottle but she wasn’t allowed to hold it. After he buffed my nails down he toldHer rudely to put the down the phone. At that point she broke down into tears and was curled into a ball in the chair. I would of left at that point but I was with other people and didn’t want to ruin their time. While he was doing my nails he would say things that I’m sure he thought were funny but were not taken that way. We felt rushed and not important. My nails are also not done that good. They are notSmooth after him redoing two of them. I usually don’t complain but since this involved my daughter I felt like I needed to leave a review.

The place was beautiful, but the technician “LU” was entirely too rude. He was upset that I wanted to sit with my friends and was annoyed when I asked for my nails to be more rounded and then cut my finger while filing my nails. Sorry but I won’t be back.

First time I went here it was really good and my nails turned out beautiful. But the second time I went here this lady named Jenny did a terrible job on my gel nails and she was very rude and kept watching the tv most of the time. She also was not gentle whatsoever and when she was finished, there was a bunch of gel polish on my skin. I would definitely not recommend her.

I have been here a few times and this last time has been the worst. I called 2 days before and booked 2 mani-pedis. When we got there my pedicure went well but when it came time for my manicure she talked me out of a full manicure, she just wanted to do the dip polish. I felt awkward so I just went with it... Then when I sat down it seemed that she was double booked. She kept running back forth between helping me and another customer getting a pedicure, it was completely rushed, she barley filed my nails at all. Usually it takes like 40 minutes for dip, and she was done in 20. One of my nails fell off within 2 days, I went back and had it fixed. Within the last 2 days ALL of my nails are falling off and they are all different shapes. Ive been here befor for pedicures which have been fine but manicures/ polish are seriously lacking. I spent 112$ and all my nails fell off within 5 days.

Nice set up, but the customer service was awful and the employees were rude, wouldnt conversate after being asked multiple friendly questions. I would not recommend going to this nail salon.

My nail technician was nice enough and he did a decent job on my pedicure but thats where the good ended. To start, he really pushed me into getting the dip powder when I just wanted regular acrylics and Im not impressed at all. He never trimmed my cuticles and they are awful so I dont know why he didnt; my nails are poorly shaped, too long and on a couple of them the top coat is messed up. I did try communicating with the tech but when I asked him to reshape them he seemed so annoyed so I just gave up after that. Im not normally one to review but this cost quite a bit of money for me ($87 total for service and a $15 tip). Im just really upset at the lack of attention to detail and concern for what I wanted and also the extremely blatant sales push that made me uncomfortable with saying no to the dip (and therefore I said yes).

Tech was so rude !I went in for a dip powder this past Saturday !Nails on uneven and not shaped like she told me she understood what I wanted!Obviously the language barrier is a problem!Terrible rush job!It was homecoming for Springboro and Miamisburg so the tech was in rush!No excuses!Terrible customer service!Waisted $50!So Disappointing!Go elsewhere!
