Long Cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning our ivory wool rug. The rug is eight by ten, very thick and heavy. Having it professionally cleaned by someone who can pick it up and properly clean it is the only option. Sandy was so helpful on the phone scheduling pick up and assuring me that the rug would be well taken care of. When the rug had been cleaned and was ready to be returned, Sandy called and it was delivered within the hour. The rug looks perfect and no smell of any kind from cleaners. I dropped off an 11x8 rug that I had bought at an estate sale and it had some yellow stains and had been walked on in a certain area for years causing the fibers to be compressed.They told me it would be a week and I could pick it up.I called that Friday and the owner said he wasnt satisfied with the results and asked if it would be ok to have it redone,I said sure.I got the rug back a week later and it looks brand new.The stains are gone and the trampled are is like new.It told me something about the owner when he took the time to look at my rug and have it redone to make sure the rug looked as good as it does.I would recommend Long cleaners to anyone for rug cleaning.I would use again anytime.

Sandy and Beth are great! Even when my apartment complex made things a little difficult to get in the building, Beth was patient and willing to work with me. First set of clothes I sent off I had a torn button on pants. Sandy fixed at no extra charge. Great company!

I had a suit coat that had a lot of pilling on the front and sleeves. I was going to have to retire it. I decided to give it to Long Cleaners to see what they could do with it. When I received it back, it was like brand new! Amazing! Long services all of my families suits and shirts. They do a wonderful job every time. I brought my brand new down northface jacket to Longs with ink stains all over it. They told me that they would do their best to get it out without damaging the coat. When I came back 3 days later it was all out and the coat looked brand new.Additionally the women who handled my order remembered me and that I had the coat without asking.I highly recommend long cleaners in Miamisburg to anyone looking for a good dry cleaners!

For anyone who is planing to use this cleaning service for alterations, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET A WRITTEN DETAILED ESTIMATE OF THE COST INCLUDING COST PER HOUR BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO THEIR SERVICES!!!!! They charge per hour which may result in a much higher charge then other businesses charge. Honesty DOES NOT seem to be their priority so MAKE SURE to get a written estimate because it will be their word against yours and I, the customer, was told I was wrong!!!!!!!The owner, Mr Long, informed me that I was just another one of those customers who wants to get out of paying my bill. That was far from the truth. I am a paying customer who just wanted a fair price which I NEVER received up front. The owner informed me that he runs an impeccable cleaning service so why is this service not part of the the Better Business Bureau!!!!!!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE FOR ANY ALTERATION SERVICE,

Horrible experience. Over $9,000 bill for fire restoration service and I have ZERO clothes restored. Its now about 5 months after they picked up clothes, they have been paid in full and I have zero garments that were salvaged. The customer service was reprehensible and the manager Tom was very disrespectful, very rude, demanded money for his bill to be paid and then once they were paid they ceased to be responsive to my inquiries. STAY AWAY from these people unless you want to flush cash down the drain and get nothing for it.
