I have only good things to say about this place! They were able to accommodate me when I needed my wedding dress altered less than a month before my wedding and it was ready almost two weeks ahead of time too! The work was very beautifully and professionally done. The people there are so kind and friendly and they saved me lots of money by knowing how to alter my dress in less expensive ways that still achieved a perfect, lovely fit. I doubt youll find a better tailor!

Khan did a wonderful job on my bridal gown. The shop fitted our entire party small and I was unable to sit comfortably in the dress. She basically had to redesign the back of my dress. Khan is amazing and she accommodated all her customers. Highly recommended if alterations are needed!

I brought in a bridesmaid gown that needed major alterations done from being made bigger, hemmed, etc. lots of hard work and dedication needed to fix these complicated issues on this designer bridesmaid dress. Especially in such a short time as I had the wedding in 3-ish weeks. And… they did amazing! I brought in my dress 07/28 and it was done by 08/10! Which is quite fast considering all the work needing to be done on it, and 8 days earlier than expected! They did such a beautiful job and made me feel comfortable with the alterations. During the fitting I felt like I was getting consulted by a family friend, they made you feel absolutely welcomed and comfortable at HT Tailor in Dayton. Including with how much work my dress needed done and the short amount of time… you couldn’t beat the price! It was amazing! Bravo to the ladies that helped me. I also got to witness other patrons who picked up their dresses and tried them on after alterations and the smiles on their faces as well. It seemed as if anyone who walked into HT Tailor in Dayton left satisfied and relieved they could do such tremendous work.

A true miracle worker! I have my daughters wedding coming up in 3 weeks already had my dress gained weight so the band around it was to tight usually making a dress bigger is a huge problem as a person who also sews I was sure there was no help Id have to buy a new dress. She had 3 different solutions when I thought all hope was lost she saved the day in 1 day with her knowledge and skill. I am beyond thank full and greatful. And the reasonable cost was even a bonus. Very understanding on every level even gave suggestions for a more flattering bra!flattering!

Wow! Had a last minute big job to alter a dress that was several sizes too big. We came in Wednesday around one and needed the dress by Friday (did I mention last minute?) . Called us the next day and the dress fits perfectly! Cannot rave enough about how wonderful these ladies are, and will be recommending to everyone I know!

My dress had high slits on the sides and the lady (sorry I dont remember her name) but she was able to sew the slits down in 5 minutes. I was shocked she did that so fast.

I came to HT Tailor to have the sleeves on my brand new Lululemon sherpa jacket shortened. The jacket is super thick and has several layers of fabric, particularly around the sleeve cuffs where the jacket needed to be altered - it certainly required the skill of an experienced seamstress and heavy duty sewing machine (both of which I do not possess).I reached out to them through their website a received a prompt text message response. They were able were able to have me in for an appointment first thing in the morning for a fitting. To my tremendous surprise, they actually finished the alterations that very same day and I was able to pick up my jacket the next morning. They did a fantastic professional job - the sleeves look great and fit perfectly!I thought they did an amazing job at an incredibly affordable and reasonable price. I would like to add that they are very friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to talk with. I will definitely bringing all of my alteration needs to them in the future!

HT Tailor altered my entire suit for my upcoming wedding for me. The work is impeccable it is impossible to tell she had to remove several inches from my dress shirt and pants. My vest was also taken in and I will absolutely be back for more alterations at HT. The turn around time was quicker than quoted and the price was fair. Khanh is terrific! Her attention to detail is like no other. She has worked on easily 60+ pieces of clothes since I’ve had a really great weight loss. Do not take your clothes anywhere else! She has taken in many jeans and jackets and even Yoga pants and tank tops... And.... sweaters! She can do work that you never thought was possible. Always on time- often even early.

Khan does great work for a fair price. I highly recommend for custom fit-like mens clothing alterations. I take all my pants, jackets, and suits here. She will always beat or meet a deadline even if you need something urgently but does not sacrifice the quality of her work. She also has great suggestions for fitment to make your clothing look as nice as possible even if it means a less expensive alteration for her; she genuinely cares about her customers and workmanship and stands by it!

I have never used this business. I was looking for a custom tailor and this business popped up and I looked at the website. It did not appear that they were what I was looking for, but Google Maps kept asking for a review and after three requests I gave them 3 stars to get the requests to stop. 3 stars is neutral as I dont know. The fact that the owner followed up to see what they could do better would speak positively to me.

The owner did an awesome job hemming my pants and altering my dresses. She was able to give my vintage velvet dress a more fitted modern look. She was fast and accurate about the alterations. I couldnt be happier about them. I am definitely coming back in the future.

I had my wedding dress altered here. It had a lot of elaborate detailing on the hem. She did an excellent job shortening it, but not making it look inconsistent with the rest of the dress. She takes her time and makes sure it is exactly what you want!!

We were first-time customers and brought in multiple pieces to be altered (jackets and pants). The tailor is super friendly and was helpful in giving us her opinion on proper fit/lengths. The tailoring work was excellent and she made sure we were happy with each piece.

I’m short so I usually need to get my clothes hemmed at some point. This was my first time trying this tailor. Very fast turnaround. I had 2 pair of jeans hemmed, one of them I also asked to get tapered at the ankle. Both came out great! I’ll be returning with all the rest of my garments!

The owner of this shop is fantastic. I brought my ill-fitting wedding dress here a month before my wedding after I had taken it to someone else. She corrected everything the previous lady did wrong and my dress is coming out AMAZING. My dress is a fit and flare and was several sizes too large, it looks so so so great! I was to a point where I hated it and wanted a new dress, and she was able to make it look like it is supposed to and make me feel confident in my dress. I appreciate her so much and have tried to recommend everyone to go there!

UPDATE: Brought another taekwondo uniform to them for alterations, and they did another fantastic job. I cannot express how much I appreciate the quality of work and service!ORIGINAL:I brought a taekwondo uniform here to be altered. In order to get a uniform big enough for my midsection, I had to buy one that obviously was made for someone 7 feet tall. Since I am only 5-4, that meant the uniform basically had to be remade for a custom fit. HT Tailor had to remove a LOT of material to get the uniform down to a length that fit me, and I was simply STUNNED at the results. The uniform was altered so well that it looks like I had it custom-made just for me. You cant even tell they cut out so much material, especially on the shirt. The finish on the sleeves was so perfect, it looks like they never were altered. I was just hoping for something that looked OK, and I received so much MORE than that! I couldnt be happier with the work they did for me, and I definitely will use them for more alterations in the future. Highly recommend!

I was charged more than what was written on my receipt and for a service that was not provided. I tried to pick up my dress twice during their regular hours of operation only to find they were closed. Take your clothing elseware.

Amazing!! I cant say it enough. I purchased almost 5 custom mens suits from another country during my visit there. Unfortunately when I recieved the suits in the mail they were horribly sized and the details were completely off. Khanh did an amazing job not only sizing the suits to fit me perfectly but she also added and corrected so many issues that I had with the sleeves and buttons. Khanh will notice details that not everyone would notice. I cant thank her enough on fixing up the suits. She is really good with modern styles with mens suits. She is very busy so patience is key! As long as you tell her what you want she can make it happen, a true pro at her trade! Thanks khanh!
