If I could rate this 0 stars I would. First off, my partner went in there for led headlights on her Dodge Charger SXT. The first time they did it, the lights were good but somehow interfered with the radio? Let me explain, she would switch the headlights on and the radio would start to get static. The second she turned them off, the radio was fine. We showed him the issue and he installed different ones. The 2nd set was not bright at all, not good quality to the point that we could barely see driving at night. The 3rd time we paid extra for “better quality lights” and the bulb blew out within 6 months and STILL could barely see driving at night. She asked him if they had warranty and he straight up said no to just go the shop. At that point she took her business elsewhere. And they did an amazing job, no issues on the first try. We come back to get a refund because we found inside the pamphlet of the headlights that the store you made your purchase at has a 2 year warranty which he didn’t want to honor. After going back and forth and me telling him to at the least give her a store credit, he then said ok. So at that point she didn’t wanna get anything else done, so I ended up getting my subwoofer and amp installed. Then i decided maybe they’re not great with headlights but hopefully they’ll be good with a sound system. So, I ended up buying a touch screen radio with them and a few more things through their snap finance program which is BS that he didn’t explain to us. Snap charges you what he charges you, PLUS 140%. Meaning, if you get $1000 job done, you’ll end up paying $2400 to snap if it’s not paid within 100 days. So now back to the work. This day he only did the subwoofer, radio & amp. First of all it’s a brand NEW Honda Civic 2020 hatchback LX, this guy SCREWED IN THE AMP INTO MY BACKSEAT, LITERALLY SCREWED IT IN MY SEAT. He did not CALL FIRST to ask, he just DID IT. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SCREW AN AMP INTO A BACK SEAT. Regardless if the box for sub is “broken”. Call me and we would have figured something else out or I could have gotten a new box. Moving on, i paid for the cables and module he needed in order to reconnect my back up camera that the car originally had to the new radio. What the heck did i end up wasting my time doing that for?! I literally drove to his shop 4 SEPARATE TIMES TO RESOLVE THIS. First time, the module was “defective”. Second time, he said it connects for 10 seconds and then cuts off, which it NEVER connected at all. Third time it “works”. When i test it, it kept cutting off. When i go to show him, it starts working. While I’m driving home at one point I just decided I’m at a stop, I’ll put it in reverse just to see. It starts cutting off and the screen just goes black entirely. Then while it’s still in reverse, it just turns on to my music screen. I was recording it, I sent him a video. When I go back, I went to get a refund on a Honda light up logo that he ordered and apparently was no longer in stock or on back order. So, why order it in the first place and not tell me this right? So anyways, he told me he would call the snap finance since it had to go through them and he never did. How do i know? I called them myself. I told them the situation and they said that they haven’t received any call regarding my purchases and that when he does call they would gladly issue the refund and/or remove it from the total. So i went ahead and called him and told him that snap told me he never called, he said “i did and they told me i could only give a store credit.” Which is a lie. So i told him, that’s not what they told me when I spoke to them. So he responded with “okay I’ll give you the refund in the store”. So he continued to say when i got there that he was doing me a favor by refunding me in the store in cash which he’s apparently not supposed to do. First of all, the Honda logo was $137. He wanted to give me $127, why? His excuse was that snap charges him a fee so we both lose. Lmao. Ok, sure. After arguing we got the $137, without his 9% tax that he charged us. And NEVER fixed the back up cam.
John the owner was very helpful and Jesus the salesperson was excellent service and the guy that set up my radio went out the extra mile and explained to me all the functions and was very friendly and helpfulI will recommend this place to anyone that needs car radio and speakersSince I came from New York in 2000 up to now I found this very professional business
They are cheap, but...Horrendous customer service... After days trying to get an appointment, suppodsely no batteries phones, noone answering, leaving my number for them to call me for an open spot, and never doing it, etc... I finally get an appointment and they tell me to bring the car on the next morning for a tinting. I arrived at 9:00 with noone ahead of me. When they open they tell me that had a bunch of cars in front, that they did not have my appointment on record and that I had to leave the vehicle for the day and will call me when it was done... What was the point of making appointments???? Took my business to a more expensive competitor, but one that had their business in order.

IF I CAN GIVE THIS BODY SHOP ZERO STARS I WILL ! THE WORSE BODY SHOP IN CUTLER BAY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR ANY REASON. ALL I ASKED WAS FOR TINTS ON MY CAR AND THE DIRTIED MY CAR HIT THE BACK BUMPER AND SCRATCHED MY FRONT BUMPER AND SAID IT WAS THEM WHEN ITS A BRAND NEW CAR! WORSE BODY SHOP EVER

They get the job done and have good knowledge on the products
I have a camry took over 3 and a half hours to completed. Worst place ever. I do not recomend it unless you want to lose the day waiting for a car
