This place is a hot mess. Ended up spending way more than I needed because everything is out of place. Employees extremely unhelpful a their system of checking out is bizarre. Why go through a line to go through another line? Managers signing off on purchase before payment? I was a regular in Atlanta but Miami is not the same.

Jetro is ok. Today they didnt have red pepper and other products so i had to go other place else and thats a waste of time. But in general its always good.

Good products and good prices.Update 09-10-21:In the containers section not everything has price and its very confusing (specially for the first time you buy a product).Checkout is a mess (at least the past two visits this month).Today the 3 registers open were packed with 6-7 customers each (some with heavily loaded carts).Not only took a very long time to scan the product but then you needed a supervisor signature to them go to the back door payment.Im old school, I like to see and touch the product Im buying to make sure Ill be satisfied and be able to make my customers happy. I drive 20 minutes back and forth to the store but the experience from today makes me consider online shopping.Heres my humble advise :- get better at pricing the product, well both save time.- review your processes at the cashier, they need an update.

Its a great place for seafood, chicken and meats, those items are much less than other grocery supply stores, for instance 40 pounds of fresh chicken breast is $1.05 a pound or $1.11 a pound for the Halal version

Employees and customers alike were not wearing masks properly. Some customers did not even have masks on. The customer service was horrific as well.

During these difficult and stressful times, we find ourselves hopping from store to store trying to find products that we need to offer our clients awaiting the arrival of hurricane IRMA The shortage of water was a big worry for us all. ROBERT the manager of the Miami depot location was great support in supplying water to all his clients in an organized fashion and the only supplier we were able to count on. He came through for us by paying more to make sure the trucks arrived. We truly appreciate his hard work and hope the company remunerates him accordingly. Jethros helpful staff made sure we were able to find everything we needed. I recommend this place for restaurant supplies.

The manager by the name of Robert went above and beyond his duty to help us. It was my first time in the store and he was more than willing to help my mother and I around the store to find the items that I needed. I truly was taken back by his amazing customer service skills in his attention to what the customer. I definitely will be going back to this facility

I go with my husband sometimes for his job. It is so chaotic in here it can give you anxiety. Lol. You gotta watch all around cause you never know who is coming from this way or that way.Great place to buy in bulk but I dont care for the atmosphere.The parking is ridiculous! For as many customers as they have coming in and out you would think they wouldve fixed this issue already. I bet if the neighborhood was different theyd put more effort.Its like multiple accidents waiting to happen. Update!! My husband and i were shopping today and our vehicle was broken into. At least 2.5k in merchandise and money were taken. When we talked to the manager he stated that they were getting robbed every week.Also,they have pictures/id of the guy who is supposedly taking part in this. Are you kidding me?! Youre customers are being robbed weekly from a parking lot you dont have cameras in. If you know this is an ongoing issue why not up the security at least so customers feel safe,especially in a not so great area. Just another example of a big place with money that chooses to be cheap at the expense of their customers. Shame on you!!

I bought a metal pot two weeks ago. It is having bad smell after boiling and cleaning few times. I asked the return but the store refused. It may have poison. The store has to response. If the poison from metal pot, damaged happens, that will be huge problem to restaurant depot Orlando restaurant Depot.

Get there at 5:45 when they open the door have your list ready what you going to purchase and youre out of there in 30 minutes great

Some of the staff is really cool mainly the ones that speak English they are very helpful every time they would stop what ever they are doing and take u shopping i loveD them i wish I knew They names ... but i get harassed everytime by the same 2 girls when I’m checking out they count mystuff 50 times before i can Pay for it and i always watch them the way whet count people of they race ... they just check off they paper and they out the door but Noooooooo i gotta Wait 45 mins to get counted .... i spend Over 10k a week there some people kno me but them races girls up front that do the counting be killing me ...

I always find high quality kitchen products here and appreciate that they let me buy small quantities, they dont shut me out.

This place is awful. I tried to return something and no one wanted to help me. The lady at the return counter was texting and acted blind. The lines are long and they have no sense of urgency

Great place! Its a little bit messy inside but youll find everything, good prices, high quality products from all around the world, and the staff is absolutely gorgeous and they always helped me when I had difficulties to find something.

Why all restaurant depots restrooms has to be so nasty ?????? I have been in three of them around miami and specially the one close to downtown and the on on hialeah are super nasty. For god sake they supply restaurants they are part of the food industry and the bathrooms looks disgusting . Very sad to see this happening.

Restaurant Depot is an excellent alternative for all businesses, especially I think those oriented to the branch or line of Restaurants, in our case we are in the line of Sweets and find in Restaurant Depot all the inputs, materials, equipment and much more. The attention of its staff is very good, they guide you, help and are ready to collaborate with you, good parking, which if you must be clear that it is a somewhat rustic place by its nature, many heavy equipment and cargo move inside the store, so watch when you move inside. Excellent place to buy wholesale

Wholesale for restaurants, they also have packaging and supplies such as tableware and basic tools. Frozen and fresh fruits and vegetables. I advise you to bring a coat for when you have to go to the cold area. The carts to carry the purchases are not very practical, it is one that has to be careful that the employees do not wear them with their carts, for lack of order and cleanliness.

For truckers it is the worst thing to do delivery. The most bad door to download is the one that assigns you. My part will never come back
