He helped me fix a part that was not on the books and charged labor very fairly - there was problems along the way he knew how to confront and fix right away. I must say, I needed to air up my tires before a fairly long drive. The tire pressure monitor showed four different pressures. I did not purchase the tires from Tire Kingdom (this time), however, next ones for sure!. Richard Cortes, the store manager, came out side himself and proceeded to air up and down as needed. Customer service was extra-ordinary!. I offered to pay whatever and he said no thanks. When in the area, I will definitly consider them for future tires and service. You should too!

I went to get a simple tire Rotation they refused saying that my front two tires were too warn. All they were doing was using a scare tactic to see If I would buy new tires . They acted like the tires were showing cords . These tires still had tread on them and they will go longer. I went to another shop got it done no problem . These people are thieves that prey on people that dont know any better. They acted like I had bald tires which I didnt still had tread on them and they said it would be too unstable to put those tires on the rear of my car. Its a front wheel drive car !

Went for a flat tire repair and rotation. They did the repair but they only rotate one side only!!!!!!!Had to go back for the other side. Front man said that probably they were busy...... not at all, there were nobody. They need to get better in customer service and show more attitude to the work. Lost me as a customer.

I have experienced excellent customer service at both of the Miami locations I have gone to. The employees never speak with me as if I don’t know what I’m talking about and are kind and respectful.Today was no different. During my repair, it began to rain - and instead of pulling my car to the parking lot - they left it in the garage for me to pick up so I wouldn’t have to go in the downpour. Such a simple thing but care like this is the reason I keep going back.

Unfortunately the management currently in places in my opinion should be fired because they are terribly representing a brand that use to be good. I took my car in to have two tire put on and when I left they did not put all three bolts on because they had stripped two of them and could not get them on. It was late and they wanted to close so they sent me on the road with only three bolts. When I came back to have them replaced by them I was told I had to pay for them. So I had to leave again with only 3 bolts. Be careful they wanted to charge me $120 a hour to fix the bolt they broke which is more than any dealership around. Short story stay with your dealerships your life depends on it.

Went in to get my tires rotated. They told me about half an hour to an hour, but it took an hour and a half. Ive bought tires for all my cars here and they always do a good job. Overall the wait sometimes is long, but they get the job done.

Yesterday around 3:00 PM I show up in the property to see if tire Kingdom customer service would help me out to change my Ford tires and balance my car there was a plane of four employees inside sitting down talking on the sofa Mario was the manager who was the first one in the cell phone did not look like he wanted To help me so I told Mario don’t worry it’s just service tire kingdom he’s gonna lose you have a good day Mario take care they lost me as a customer

The only reason Im not leaving a 1 star review is because we received good service the first time we came here. However, this time was HORRIBLE! Never again will we take our business to this Tire Kingdom. We were told that it would take only 30-45 minutes to have a tire patched done. Two hours later were still waiting there wondering whats taking so long. We see all the staff member on their phones and having conversations so were thinking, Um are they even working on our vehicle? My boyfriend went up to the front desk to see what was taking so long and our keys were just sitting there on the desk!!!! The staff members were so busy on their phones and talking that they did not even bother to advise us that our vehicle was ready. Totally unacceptable! When we asked how long ago was the vehicle ready the staff at the front desk totally ignored us and told someone else to help us. They could tell that we were frustrated and we did not even receive an apology.

***I dont recommend anyone*** to ever come here. I brought my car in for 4 new tires and an alignment. Besides the fact they took over 7 hours to do this at least the alignment came out good But thats because they have a good alignment machine. However 1 day later my vehicle gets the ABS light on followed by a service rsc now message. I found this very weird so i proceeded to troubleshoot the issue, i got the code C1145 on my scanner which on a ford means front right wheel speed sensor. I first inspected the wire from the connection at the wheel and followed it up by my fender under my hood, under my hood i am greeted by a tool a snap-on pick and the pick was stuck between a wire bundle that seperates into the 2 wires for the wheel speed sensor. Obviously this tool belongs to a mechanic at tire kingdom one reason is they are the last ones to work on my car. The other reason is i dont have snap on tools and my car doesnt go to mechanic shops because i personally do everything in my garage. So my question to tire kingdom is....I came for new tires and an alignment why the F***K are you opening the hood of my car ? Thats like going to the doctor for a foot surgery and instead they operate your elbow and leave a little tool inside of you, this location sabotaged my car so i will come back for future repairs. I will be contacting corporate and see if they are willing to fix this issue at a different location because i dont even want your incompetent location to touch my vehicle.

Tried to over sell but got new tires

My car requires expensive performance tires so when I had a flat because of a nail in my tire, it threw my day off. I called multiple shops for quotes and Tire Kingdom was willing to match and beat the competition.I arrived at the store and Ariel greeted me and offered his professional opinion on tires. Did I mention that the required tires are expensive?Ariel educated me on tire brands and the difference in each option. I was never pressured to go with the most expensive option and I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything that I didn’t need.It was comforting to know that this employee had my back and best interest. This means a lot since I am a woman walking into a tire shop and did not want to be taken advantage of financially because of lack of knowledge in this area.I will return to this location in the future and I recommend that you ask for Ariel!

Unprofessional, incompetent, no customer service! We were on a donut for weeks! Tire went flat and on 3 different occasions they said nothing is wrong! Really? Tires go flat for no reason? We had to wait over 2 hours on the first visit for them to TRY and find an issue. Nothing. They punctured a whole in the tire and patched it just to say they did something on the third visit. We took the car to a different location who told us right away it was the same issue my boyfriend recommended to them originally. Of course there was no need for a patch, it was the stem but then had to deal with broken lugs because the tire was constantly being interchanged for donut! Total waste of time! So thankful for the tire kingdom on 137th ave and 136 st who did an outstanding job within the hour! Thanks to them my tire issue is finally resolved!

The manager, Edward Torres, was great when I went to go get two tires replaced. I stupidly reported the wrong ones that needed to be replaced for some reason and the TK team had the wherewithal to notice which ones really needed to be replaced. I was very greatful. Location is great and wait time was minimal as well, I definitely recommend!

Yesterday I scheduled a tire installation service and the experience was great, the manager at the front desk explained to me the prices and the details of the service, also they made a free battery test and provided to me some recommendations. In overall, great customer service. This location will be my main service center for future services of my cars. Highly recommended.

Went for a tire patch... over inflated my tire 65psi when the car recommends 32 psi and the tire reads max pressure of 52psi, switched out my tire caps had to go back to retireve it, stressful experience, wish I did not have to check.

This Tire Kingdom is awesome. They have a great staff and took really good care of my JEEP. I highly recommend this location for your tire needs. They also gave me a GREAT price. The repair was quick as well.

Stopped in to get a tire patched during the weekday and was fairly quick. Service couldve been better but was pretty good for the job that needed to be done. If coming for the weekend, would highly suggest reserving fair amount of time as I was quoted 2 hours for the same job. Was about $35 for a patch, which may be a bit high but results have held up since. Definitely recommend weekday visits.

They have the worst customer service, I came yesterday and they told me that the waiting time is one hour and a half, I understand of course. So, they suggested me to make an appointment for the next day so It could be a lot faster and I would not have to wait. I came the next day with my appointment and they told me that it is going to be one hour and a half to be attended, I told them if that is the case why I bother to make an appointment? And that told me that not matter if you have it you will have to wait.... worst customer service, why they offered an appointment service if it doesnt help at all... So they make you lose two afternoon coming here and they dont even care... They just told me, so you are going to wait or not?

I pulled into this location to fix a nail in my tire. I was charged $30 for a patch for one tire. The manager was smoking cigarettes in the work station area a hazard to say the least. I think its a shame to charge double because I am a woman. Never going here again.

Beware of scam. Bought 2 new Michelins to replace my rear Bridgestones (1 flat, 1 good), and asked to keep the good one. When they finished they forgot to give me back my 1 good Bridgestone, so I ask for it. He brings out a Yokohama. Im confused because I replaced my Bridgestones, not my Yokohamas, which are newer. When I walk around the car I notice they had replaced 1 of my Yokohamas with the Bridgestone, and were planning on keeping my Yokohoma. When I point this out the attendant he says, with a straight face, that I had both the Yokohamas on the passenger side of the car, which means I had the Bridgestones on the drivers side. Who the hell replaces wheels on the side?!?! Tires are replaced either front or rear, not left or right!

The attendant was very helpful and transparent and willing to make a deal, but the pricing still seemed to high even with the deals he offered. Suggest shopping around before committing.

Horrible customer service waited 3 hours for an alignment and when they were done the steering wheel was off. When I asked them why they said the car needs new CV axles, when asked what does that have to do with it the guy behind the counter scratched his head and gave me some bs excuses. Piss poor service, take your vehicle somewhere else if you dont want to be screwed.

Always provide quick service to customer for major repair or resolve quick problem that I might bring in.

Great place to take your car for either an oil change for car repairs there are some tire Kingdom is like the one on 1 17th Ave. and Kendall that does not do oil change but its a great place the staff is excellent take your car.

Worst place ever. If you appreciate your car, dont take it to this shop. Went for a simple patch in my brand new tire because of a screw got stock in it. Ended up with a bended part underneath the car because they lift the car unproperly, also they lost my valve and the cap, so they put a similar one that is shorter than the original. Waited for more than an hour. If your in a hurry and need to go there, just dont lose eyesight of your car. Even driving the car to the lift they almost destroy my passenger mirror with the column, thanks God another mechanic yelled to stop the car and made the driver turn the sterring wheel. The mechanics in this location have no clues on how to fix or repair anything, no one seems to have any solutions to the problems they create. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost.

Check your tires if they say (M+S) they just sold you mud and snow tires that run out 3 times as fast as regular ones so you can come spend your money once again.
