I went for a waxing appointment at 11am and left at 2:45pm. I get my appointments always with Lisette only. Firstly, when I arrived had to wait about 20 mins once she start doing my waxing service and when she done with full Brazilian and underarms. She informs me that the owner has booked my legs with a trainee. No one discussed this with my prior I know exactly what I booked. I have been doing it for over a year. A trainee came in and took over three hours. My legs are both extremely burned after this process which has never happened to me prior. Also, now three people have seen completely naked. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. When I went to pay the owner was no where to be found. The lack of professionalism that I received is incredible. They do not value your time at all. Also they charged me full price. Completely unacceptable, I will never be going back again. They have ruined my birthday weekend. I missed another important appointment that I had. Please see the pics what I originally booked below. This is a holiday weekend not a time to be training someone. If you cannot accommodate what I booked cancel my appointment out. Its not fair nor professional to free leisure on changing someone appointment and not telling them. Especially a waxing one which is so personal.

I found my new waxing place! Lisette was AMAZING and did such a thorough, clean job. She made sure I was comfortable and took care of me. The establishment was clean and the rest of the staff was very courteous. Definitely my go-to for all waxing!

Michaela did an AMAZING job with my wax!! The place was easy to find with free parking in the back. I appreciated the fact that I was instructed to wash my hands upon arrival and liked how clean the place was. Michaela was very sweet and welcoming. This was my first time with sugar waxing and it was far more pleasant (and more natural) than my regular hard waxing experiences. She talked me through it and educated me on sugaring, which made me feel even more comfortable. Michaela was very detailed and got every hair...no man left behind! I left smoother than a newborn ;-). I definitely will be returning!

I have been here twice and both times were great. The service is great, and the results are awesome. Scheduling is easy through the website. There is on site parking behind the building. I have had both regular wax and sugar wax in my life and the sugar wax is faster, less painful, and lasts longer. Definitely recommend!

Micaela was amazing! She treated me great and informed me on how sugaring wax was different than regular wax. It was a bit painful since it was my first time but she helped me get through it. She was professional and super nice. I love how clean the whole place is. I will definitely return!

This was my first time learning about sugar wax being a method for hair removal. I have only learned about this establishment recently but I really did leave satisfied with the services provided. From the moment I walked in Lissette greeted me and guided me through the entire appointment. She was very comforting, welcoming, and provided all the right information about the sugaring process and how to maintain the areas we worked on. Definitely made me feel at ease and her technique is amazing! I am very pleased with the results and grateful for the service and attentiveness provided by Lissette.

Honestly, I’ve been missing out! I’ve been doing Hard Wax at European for a little over a year, but each time i had someone new, it’s safe to say they won’t see me again, because coming to Sugaring Bee Wax was the best decision i made, never had a wax session feel so much, less painless like sugaring! Due to COVID, I haven’t been comfortable to go to my usual sugaring place until I’ve discovered this place! Upon arrival, I liked how the space was clean and small. Lissette was the one who attended me and I am honestly amazed. She made sure to check my temperature and directed me to the sink to wash my hands which I appreciate. She has also given me a few paperwork to complete to ensure my safety and hers. Lissette was wearing her mask and even a face shield!! It was just the two of us which lowers the chance of COVID. I came for a Brazilian and it was the most comfortable experience. Lissette was attentive, calm, patient, and caring when it came to my pain tolerance. I also liked how she explained the process and even talked to me about ingrowth hair preventative care. I have scheduled my appointment to come back because of Lissette’s service!

The service was exceptional, it was almost painless. If you want a more natural way to wax, this is the place to go!

I left bleeding... I did not have a positive experience here. You do not have a private room but rather a curtain that separates you from the next person. I was given forms to sign when I was already in position... very awkward. There were two women coming in an out and they seemed unclear as to who was waxing me. After the wax (which was painful), I was given a baby wipe and a squirt of aloe vera gel that you use for after a sunburn (something I would never use in such a private and delicate area). The radio was blasting the entire time so youre listening to commercials about cars instead of being in a peaceful environment. My waxer was kind and patient but I am never going back ever.

She was very nice and makes you feel really comfortable. I didn’t get any bumps or ingrown hairs weeks to follow. She gives you an exfoliating sponge if it’s your first time that keeps the skin smooth. She’s also really patient when she knows that you are in pain. I will definitely be coming back.

After researching about these horrible ingrown from brazilian waxing, I ran across sugaring. Found sugar bee waxing and made an apt. The place is clean and the staff was great. Literally its been 2 days since my sugaring and my skin on my yoni is visibility healthy and the ingrowns are disappearing. Im very pleased and will never go back to hard waxing.

If Im going to the place, the first thing that I loved was the girls attention, it makes you feel very comfortable which is very important, it explains everything that goes do and what the product is made of. Well the truth is very good doing what she does, I have a big problem with thick and red hair and she knows exactly what she is going to do and I solve the problem, it is the maximum as the super skin is soft, I definitely recommend it more attention deserves more than 5 stars
