I have been doing business with Ricky (the owner) for over 20 years. I also met his father, may he rest in peace, a true gentlemen--now I know were Ricky gets his business and personal skills from. In my opinion best place to repair, resize, and or replace your watch battery, and Ive been through a few. Ricky was very friendly and changed the battery and resized the band on four watches I brought in. The job was done in under 15 minutes and was surprised at how low of a price I was charged that I offered him a tip which he refused, because I felt I was being undercharged. Would definitely come back and refer others to him. Excellent service!!

Ricky is someone who knows his craft, is unfailingly good to his customers and does what he can and tells you honestly when there are no more parts for your favorite watch, in my case after 25 years. I recommend him without hesitation.

I’ve been burned by so many “watch repair” shops in Miami. I was hesitant to use a watch repair store again, until I found Ricky’s Universal Watch. It’s a bit tricky to find him! He’s inside of a secure Pawn Shop. Parking is easy and there’s a McDonalds right across the street. I brought in my Michael Kors watch that I received as a gift to have it sized. The battery needed replaced, too. It took exactly 7 mins. for the owner to take out three links and replace the battery. $15 - wow! It’s perfect. Next I’m going to bring in my Cartier and Piaget watches for repair. He definitely passed the test!

Attention to detail and great customer service. I brought a watch on to resize the band. Got it done in less than 5 minutes. I had such a great experience that I ended up bringing in 8 watches that needed batteries replaced.

Fast and friendly service, very fair price to fix my watch. The owner seemed knowledgeable and skilled. The sign in the front of the store says TMMT Jewelry and Pawn instead of Rickys... but its the same place. Id definitely will use his services again and recommend it.
