I rented a van from sunrise van rental to take my family to North Carolina to visit family and my experience with this company could not have been better. When we arrived to pick up the van the process was very easy and efficient. The van performed amazing and had no issues on our trip. With the whole COVID-19 situation happening now in the world, we felt very safe as the van was throughly cleaned and disinfected prior to our arrival. I would definitely rent from them again.

Renting made easy! My major concern was the van was kinda of an eye sore.

Sunrise was very professional and we have used them on multiple occasions from our two trips to New Orleans as well as our trip to Bradenton Florida. When we arrived, they provided us with a 15 passenger van that included a DVD player and other amenities such as a cooler full of water. I would recommend this company hands down to anyone and I will continue to use this company for years to come. Also their prices are hard to beat!

Absolutely the best around! Best prices and incredible customer service! They cant be beat. I run a youth group and Sunrise Van and Car Rental has always come through big when i needed them to! If your looking for a place to rent Van or Car this should be your only place that you go!

This has to be by far the worst rental service I have ever used! Very unprofessional staff! Upon arriving at the location, one of the employees had me standing outside of the gate for more than 5 minutes before even acknowledging me. My family and I were traveling from Miami to Orlando and rented two 15 passenger vans. Neither of the vans had gas, were completely soiled with a foul odor, poor maintenance, and not up to date. We were put in danger because the vans had new transmissions put in a few days before our departure and actually broke down on us. After making it to orlando we called the owner and he had the nerve to ask us to service his vans on our vacation! After lighting fire under his ass for poor customer service he decided to call a friend that was in the area to swap out vans for one that was less damaged. the cheap way isnt always the best way! especially with companies like this! Lesson learned!

I don;t know where to start only to tell you that our New Years vacation was ruined and no one seems to care about this. We were given a car that put my family in danger, no rear lights, no windshield wiper, no book tire low in air. My friends the worse it was infested in roaches she you heard correct roaches i have all the pictures to prove it. I called the same guy that we rented too, he had the nerve to tell me that he would take off the extra charges we were suppose to pay, extra charges what are you taking about. I have a contract before and when i picked up car, it said out of stat Tennessee and all fees included, have proof to show. This guy Paul knew were going to the mountains how dare you put my family in danger, knowing the fog, the hard driving and no rear lights, low air in a tire. Did he realize how he ruined our trip.My son is a Marine next xmas he will be in Iraq this was suppose to be a special xmas and these people took advantage and now refuses to give any money back. We deserve it all yet wanted to be fair and only asked for half. Paul had the nerve to say i will give you another week for free for next year. He gives us a week but no holidays and a van that has lots of fees. Paul I am insulted and I have to make sure you do not do this to anyone else and not give us our money back. Since our return we do not get any call or texted returned and we gave this car back in better condition then what it was. I want a credit i want an apology from this company please Sunrise van and car rental
