Do not go here! I made a reservation, i called 2 days before to confirm and they confirmed that the truck would be there on the specified day/time. When I went to pick up the truck there wasnt even anyone at the store. They told me that he had gone bike riding and that he wasnt there. TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Avoid this location at all costs. I wanted to rent a truck for a few hours as I am in the process of moving. When Uhaul asked for an estimate of the mileage I would use, I remember putting 25 because the location was fairly close, only about 11 miles away. When I got to the store to pick up the truck, they told me that I put 50 miles instead of 25 and they would need to charge for me for that. This was the first red flag. I did not want to argue since I was on a time crunch and figured that whatever mileage I dont use would get refunded. However, I know that I would never put 50 miles considering the distance of the location. Almost a month later, I receive a receipt from the trip, and see that I am being charged for 526 miles. So this location is trying to scam me from $593.61. Mind you, I picked up the truck at 5:19 pm and returned it at 7:51 pm. I am positive one cannot drive 526 miles in 2.5 hours within the speed limit... I will be contacting and disputing this charge, but save yourself the headache and time, and avoid this sketchy location altogether.

On Jan 15 at 10:30am I went to a store to buy some boxes I hooe the owner can see how the Guy Treat me so arrogant owner please see the cameras on that day at 10:35am he told me really arrogant 3 times he cannot help me he is busy attending other will be 20 minutes waiting when I dont even ask him he should be back not attending customers worst Guy in the counter ever owner please again look at your cameras you will see what I mean
