Ordered parts for my trailer but forgot to order the washers I would need to complete the job. The guys at Trailer Depot took it upon themselves to include the washers they knew I would need to finish the job. Joe the owner is one of the most pleasant and professional business owner I’ve ever that the pleasure of dealing with. He was HONEST ! The price quote for installing a new torsion axle was the most competitive of all other trailer shops. He was booked out for 3 weeks due do the pandemic, however, after listening to my dilemma, where I was ripped off by a well known Hialeah FL shop, he squeezed me in the next day. Finally got a new continental trailer from Trailer Depot. Its a great trailer and came setup for my boat from the factory. It was not right. The guys at trailer depot took some time and set the trailer up perfectly! The boat now loads with ease and rides so much better on the road. Great product and better service and competitive prices too.

I have not had the opportunity to utilize their services yet but have bought parts here. They’re inventory is excellent and they rarely stock out. I found my hard-to-find tail light brackets here! Their pricing is very reasonable and it’s nice having a dedicated trailer parts supplier here in the South Dade area. Their website is also helpful to lookup parts, prices & descriptions up front.

Not only was the price on par or even better than the others, but the service was top notch! They were the only ones who insisted on coming out to see the boat, take measurements, and listen to my requests. Got a custom built Continental trailer for what others were charging me for a generic one.The owner and staff are all a pleasure to deal with. I really recommend Trailer Depot of Miami! I had my trailer rebuilt, changing the leaf springs to torsion, all my lights and wiring upgraded to LED, the bunks were adjusted to fit my boat perfectly. Now my boat slides on and off without any problems. The guys in the back are the best. They knocked out all of the work in just a couple of hours. They had me in and out before lunch! Their prices are some of the best out there. Really hard to beat. Their customer service is great, Eddie, Josh, Jeremy, and Joe are really knowledgeable and helpful. They answered every question I had for them. I havent experienced better service anywhere else. I think that the deserve more than just 5 stars. They have a huge variety of parts in stock. Anything you could possibly need, they can get it to you. Go check them out and see for yourself!

Great Job!! Have a 2004 trailer. My axle was failing in the middle. I set up an appointment, The Trailer Depot provided a price the morning of the appointment after seeing my trailer. They completed the install on schedule and well done. That afternnoon I returned to pick the trailer up. To my surprise, as I was connecting to my hitch, I noticed they had performed lubrication service on the winch, the toungue lock, the toungue jack, etc. I did not ask for this, they just took care of it. Very nice to see such excellent worksmanship, First Class!! Thanks for the excellent job TD crew.

Here is my experience...got inside and owner was talking to another customer, barely says anything other than good morning..had to wait for a while until they finished their long conversation even to the point I stared at them pleading for help and thats when I thought...ohh well this is typical Miami...Boy was I wrong!....I couldve ordered parts online but I needed them right away...guess what?...I got in when the office was not even supposed to be open, the owner very kindly explained and we got into the details, man these guys know the stuff, they got me the parts I needed right away and gave me a good technical advice, while I was there I noticed another customer showed up and asked if they have this part on store, the owner right away explained to the customer that there was nothing wrong with his part, he even explained what causes the problem and a quick fix solution...if that happened in another store, that guy probably was sold a new part no matter what.....and thats what I call excellent customer service..I highly recommend this place for boat trailers accessories and parts...will be back

Theyre excellent and worked like a charm. I hadnt expected to find such a great deal. Eddie was the salesman and he knew everything there is to know about the trailers. We actually had nothing much to think about as the deal brought to us as it was a no-brainer.Simply put, they offer genuine advice so you shouldnt hesitate in front of their expertise.

I purchased a custom trailer from Joe on 6/23/2015. I live out of state, so I was unable to meet Joe or see his location. I would never recommend purchasing anything from Joe at Trailer Depot of Miami. The following was and is my very unpleasant dealings with Joe.Prior to the order Joe promised to measure the vessel and verify bunk location/placement. Joe quoted and confirmed 2-3 week lead time for trailer delivery. Joe didn’t measure the vessel, nor did he respond to several emails and phone calls about the overall progress and timeline of the trailer delivery. In order to get a response from Joe, I issued a stop payment on a check for a progress payment. This was after the trailer slipped the promised delivery of 7/15/2015. The trailer was then delivered on 7/30/2015. Joe said he was too busy on 7/30/2015 to bring the trailer to Hi-Lift for loading. By this time I was in contact with the actual trailer manufacturer and they were able to send one of their trucks and technicians for vessel loading and bunk adjustment. In this scenario Joe was a trailer re-seller, he didn’t bring any other value and was removed from the resolution at this point.We spent about 3 hours at Hi-Lift trying to place the vessel onto the trailer, unsuccessfully I might add. None of the bunks were even remotely close to the required placement for this vessel. I spoke to the owner of the trailer manufacturing company, we decided to hire a transport company and ship the vessel on a transport trailer to the manufacturing plant to be rebuilt. I received the corrected rebuilt trailer on 8/8/2015. The trailer is paid for in full. I have been trying to get the trailer title from Joe since 8/20/2015. Today is 9/26/2015. I still don’t have the title to the trailer. Joe is refusing to issue the title. He told me he is waiting a couple more days for the final check to clear. Joe cashed the final check and funds cleared my account on 8/20/2015.

Joe was awesome to work with. He produced my brand new catamaran trailer in the promised time frame and made all necessary adjustments on site at the marina to ensure it fit my boats precise requirements. Id definitively recommend buying a trailer from Trailer Depot!

My Trailer broke down (leaf springs and axles) and I decided to fix it myself. Called Trailer Depot of Miami spoke to Josh and he was very helpful over the phone. I went to store in Kendall and the level of service & technical advise was mind blowing. They basically gave me step by step instructions on how to install each part. To top it off they had everything in stock... 5 Stars all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joe was very nice and promised the trailer would be customized specifically to my boat. So I order the trailer from him. Once the trailer came he transferred my boat in less than a day. When I arrived I notice the boat was sitting very high on the trailer and ask him if he would lower it so I didnt need to back the trailer so far into the the water to unload the boat. He said I was being to picky and this was the season he was very busy and didnt have much time to dedicate to adjusting the trailer. I wish he would have told me that before I ordered it. He finally lower it some and said it couldnt be lowered anymore. I took it home and ending up adjusting the trailer myself having to cut the brackets with a chop saw one hole down so the boat would sit lower down. It took a lot of work but now the set up works really good and am very happy with the trailer. This is something that he should have done not me.

Rockstar Service!!! Rockstar People!!! While working out of town in the Miami area the bearings on my boat trailer started slinging grease. I looked up the shop on the internet, saw the great reviews and showed up on their doorstep on a Friday morning unannounced. Joe got me right in and had me on the road in a hour or so. I can not stress enough how great Joe and his crew was to work with. I felt right at home. The store and the shop was super clean and well stocked. I wish I could give 10 stars but it will only let me give 5.

The customer experience was the worse. I came to purchase a ball coupler which they had, but did not help with taking it on or off. They stared at me struggling with this outside of their store for atleasr an hour. No help was issused!
