Unfortunately unfulfilled promises, they offer free drink on their non-stop boat tour, however when offering the katamaran tour or boat with a 1-hour stop in Miami Beach it does not include said drink but they do not clarify it. They use the offer as a hook for their sales .... which is not professional at all, what a disappointment for the whole group .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF MISINFORMATION

We take a trip in a boat, they dint tell us it was a open boat and we can get wet, we seat in the front part bcuz they couldn’t find my ticket, well we spoke with the guy in the boat and the treat is super bad he even care about my baby was all wet, they don’t know how to give a services to public, bad bad experience not recommended at alll!!!!! DONT TAKE THAT TRIP !!!

This was not a great experience.It started out when we booked the tour and were told that we would be going into Everglades National Park after we asked. This tour was in NO WAY went to the national park, just some park that was nearby. The actual tour was fine through Everglades Holiday Park.The transportation before and after the tour was an absolute joke. The transportation arrived 30 minutes late for pick up while we waited in the pouring rain. And after the tour was completed, we spent an additional 2 and a half hours on a bus dropping off people at various locations. We were promised that the tour would be from 10am-2pm back in Miami and we didnt get back to Miami until 4:30pm.Additionally, the phone number provided on their website doesnt even work. We were concerned about the weather and wanted to make sure that our tour would be on as scheduled but we had no way of communicating with them.

Read all the reviews from several sources before booking anything with these crooks.. These guys are nothing but crooks, they have a scam going on ripping tourist off, I used a credit card to pay for a day trip to key west on Mar 31, 2021, without thinking of getting a paper work for the trip with assigned date and time for pickup, lady stated I dont need it, receipts is enough, I just marked my calendar. I was never never picked up on collins Avef3ont of my hotel on the day of the trip, waited for an hour, called the number no one picked up. I started a claim with my credit card company they say receipt is not enough need a paper stating it was a future service which was not provided. Be careful its a crazy looking Hispanic lady selling packages on 401 biscayne Blvd. I made the mistake of not looking at reviews.

I had a terrible experience when booking my Sawgrass Mills shuttle, I received different information from three different employees, that was inaccurate and led to a wrong reservation that costed me +30 usd in damages I had to cover, they said they would picked me up at my hotel, then 30 min before departing another employee called saying they wont pick me up, I complaint because I had to tale an uber to get there, and one of the employees even yelled at me, was very disrespectful, even though the mistake was theirs and I was asking for a solution he kept yelling what do you want me to do, do you see other people complaining? This wasnt just only a terrible experience, I also felt discriminated and offended when the employee told me it is not my fault where your hotel is located mocking my humble origin.DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY!!! SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, NON PROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL.

Bus showed up 20 minutes late then had no ac and no one could even understand the driver.

The driver was late and very rude when he got there. He rushed uses if he was gonna leave us. The seats were not clean. Someone waisted something in the seat meaning the bus was not clean when we entered. As I was trying to sit in my seat,due to the seats being so close and tight, I hit my head really bad. I was dizzy and had a bad headache. I went to the driver to make a report. He basically blew me off and told me to make a report with the manager. Refused to give me any information. I called 911...no officer would come out os what I was told. Called the number on the bus and she was no help at all. Its very disappointing having to cone to another city that I truly adore and this happens. Needless to say that I will no longer use these services again.

We had so much fun doing this tour, I loved all the sight scenes and a history lesson as we explored the different parts of Miami.

Five star, wish they sold the Oxtails All Day, bc our flight left before 11am and they oxtails were not available. We fell in love with them the night before...

AppallingThe supposed tour of the city was in a short way with a stop at a shop in little Havana to induce us to buy souvenirs and from there to a restaurant in Bay front, to which we were taken without asking, a complete abuse, whose only claim was force us to wait an hour until the boat leaves to consume in the place.Its more touristy to take the public bus and check Google information.
