You wont find another place like this in Miami to fix your devices for a very ECONOMICAL price. Employers are bilingual, with a preference in Spanish, good for Miamis rich multicultural community. Be sure to drop off your electronics and run errands; dont recommend waiting in the car because it will take roughly 90 minutes-two hours depending how busy the store is. I have a Samsung galaxy seven edge and I had water damage to my phone but needed to do data recovery on it to get all my pictures off of it. I called 10 to 15 different places and a lot of people didn’t want to do the job or they were charging me for the sentimental value of what I needed done rather than the job it’s self. I had one guy tried to charge me $600. I finally came across the company called IT group solutions who charges me less then half of that. The lady who handles the front desk and the phone is so polite and is really helpful. They were able to get the job done within just a couple of days and were honest and grateful for my business. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who has any kind of phone repair needed.

I have sent 2 iPhone 7 Plus to them to to fix Audio problem. They pretend for 6 weeks that my phone is at the post office. After I reported them. They sent me a message saying “by Mistake they had sent my phones to another state and it will be sent back to them”. After a week they send me a pic of the new tracking number and asked me to We drove the report and Revise my feedback so I did. The box came today ( Empty box ). I have all the conversations recorded and I’m gonna report him to the business bureau how long were their Seller page and eBay. Biggest scammers and thieves. My advice (((((((((never do business with them))))))))))

My mother in law gave me her Apple Watch but the screen was cracked. I looked at Apple pricing and it was $200! So I searched google for other places that repair smartphones and what not. I called several places and they didn’t fix Apple watches or they were still pretty pricey. I then found this place and it had great reviews so I called and they said that they did fix them! For a much better price! I brought it in one afternoon and it was ready the next day! Good as new! The associates were very nice! highly recommend!

This is the worst place to get your phone fixed. My phone is under warranty and the owner of the store has a very nasty attitude and told me my phone wasnt covered for the damage it had even though its under warranty. Didnt even bother to give me a solution after i paid $160.00 less than 3 weeks ago. If you cant help your customers why work there. Very rude, nasty faced people that i had to deal with today! Do not go there!

About 3 years ago I dropped my I-pad from the roof of my car and a car ran over it, I brought it here and it was like new after they got done with it. When my computers screen cracked a couple of weeks ago I knew where to go. They were very fast and cheap compared to other places. My computers screen was replaced for $50 dollars less than what the company that sold it to me was going to charge me and done in less than half the time. I knew my computer was in good hands and as soon as it was done I got a call right away. Honestly, would recommend them in a heart beat!

The mophie case blew up my iPhone charging port and they were able to fix it quickly and at a good price. Bryan also recommended a tempered glass for my iPhone which protected my iPhone when it fell several times!
