My friend from Russia called me and asked to put this on google !!! She got very bad experience with Anna K, and looks like they took advantage of her, because she was here on short vacation with her kid and old mother and didnt speak a good English, but it was not her 1st vacation in Sunny Florida. Board will be informed with all proof and papers! Some nice pictures of the bed and bathroom attached! Tenant refused to stay as soon as she walked in with her family, But it was 11 pm after 1 day of travelling, she needed to sleep. Anna K was too busy to check the place before new tenant arrived, the lease was paid in full in cash plus wire, no receipts. Anna K agreed that the place is not good for the living and at night she was sending the other places for tenant to choose, but they all were not good because it was taken or 1 year lease.The strong horrible smell inside the place of the mold was way too strong, tenant has to take her family outside to get the fresh air to breath at night, during the day the family was always outside. Tenant waited 1 week for replacement, but nothing acceptable was offered, so she found the new place herself.Anna K when tenant ask for the money back, just said there is no money, find the new tenant yourself, many people doing that. After Tenant moved out, the communication went down with Anna K, no phone answers and of course no money back, except the deposit minus cleaning fee. The vacation is spoiled and now the tourist is going with all stress to fight till the issue get solved & money returned !
