When I first met Katerina Brosda and her team, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of the local market. Every time I viewed a new property Katerina would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Katerina also led me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price I was comfortable with. In the end I found the property that was perfect for me and are loving it so far.
