Where do I begin. I can start by saying that I have moved twice and those two times that I have moved I have always used this realtor. I would never use anyone else she’s responsible she answers immediately and she’s very professional I wouldn’t think twice about using her . You won’t regret it

I’m just having the worse experience ever. My family was trying to buy a house with them under the realtor Juan Perez, but after our inspection, we found out they did everything without permits, the house has the worse quality materials and details. Now, we’re trying to cancel the contract, and he’s dodging his responsibilities saying we should only talk to his attorney.

Very unprofessional! My husband contacted LIZETTE CARDOSO because of an ad he saw of a new home for sale in homestead she asked him a couple questions, requested our pre qualification letter which we provided and then she asked if we had a realtor which my husband told her we did and she said she can’t help us because we have a realtor unless we sign a buyers agreement which she’ll send us in an email. My husband agreed to it, signed buyers agreement and when he was able to finally schedule a viewing of the houses he asked her if there is any model home available. She said no but they have a good excellent way to show me home by a computer system he told her That he rather wait for a model home to be available because we really want to see what we are buying. She replied “like I said I have some model homes in other neighborhoods similiar that I can show you” and then my husband asked who the builder is which we find this to be a valid question for first time home buyers or any buyer in general she replied “ why don’t you have your realtor show because I can already see where this going good luck best wishes”... she was very unprofessional I will never do any business with her or the agency. Buying a home is a big deal and her job as realtor is to answer my questions. We have a pre qualification letter, signed a doc saying we are willing not to use our realtor and are obviously serious about buying a home & that is not a response that you should give a customer.

I hired Remax Agent Javier Martinez Salgado to sell my house in May. I told him that i was under a severe time constraint and needed it sold as soon as possible. Im sure that is a common request. Well we gave him 3 months with the house priced at appraisal value OR BELOW, and he brought us a total of 3 people to see our house. This is including the 2 total open houses he did. He has a saying he likes to use... open houses dont sell houses.On Tuesday 8/7 i sent Javier a request to cancel my listing agreement and remove my listing from the MLS. Since then he has stopped answering my calls. I have sent him about 10 emails and text messages since. I spoke to his broker and office manager. All they have done is Temporarily remove the property from the market, but they havent actually released my property so that i may relist with with another company. He says he doesnt have control of who removes the listing. Him and his broker Anthony Askowitz continue to play games to delay the process of removing my listing from MLS. My contract with Javier states i can cancel at any time without any penalty, all i need to do is notify him like i did a week ago.I have filed a complaint with the DBPR and with Remax Corporate offices. BUYER OR SELLER BEWARE. You give these clowns your trust and this is how they will treat you. I would highly suggest staying far away from REMAX and especially Javier Martinez Salgado and Anthony Askowitz.
