I guess it depends who your realtor is. Mine made me do all the work. Pretty much got commission for me doing all the leg work. I had a question about a house I was interested in, I was giving the number and told to call and ask the owners. They were an old couple and didnt know the answer to what I was asking.

My cousin put a deposit on an apartment with a Realtor#1 and a different Realtor#2 had already rented said apartment without notifying #1,now my cousin has asked for her deposit back for couple weeks,she was told it was non refundable,of course if she backed out the deal,not if the apartment was rented out from under her.she wants her deposit back,this is shady business,if she doesnt get back I will personally notify the b.b.b.and open a small claims case.
