Jerry was great! He helped us make sure our 3-day notice was filled out properly. It was delivered later on the same day and got our tenant to communicate with us. Our previous process server wasnt much help making sure our notice was correct, delivered it that way and we never heard a peep from our tenant. Courtesy can help with the eviction process, not just deliver notices.

Our office uses them for our Miami cases. They been fast and effective. I normally work with Jerry and his very nice.

Very unreliable, poor service, doesnt return emails or phone calls. I called every day to get some answers and they are very RUDE told me send email which they never responded to. I will never use or recommend anyone to use this company. The other reviews are correct in saying they dont deserve any stars but are force to give one, even a half of star would be too good.

The service was very fast, and I received prompt status updates. The staff was aware of New York Statutes and worked with me to effect legal service, The fees were very fair, as well. I work with a lot of companies out of state, and Courtesy Process is one of the best!

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Does not respond to e-mails. Did not verify specific accounts of attempts (i.e., times, days, process server name), and tried to argue multiple times over the phone when I was able to get them to answer. Attorneys, please look elsewhere for this service if you need it actually done and done professionally. Service address had to call the police because process server refused to identify himself.

Tony was amazing. Picked up the papers and he had served them within half an hour, something the sheriff had been unable to do for over a week. Im very appreciative that he was able to help me out with such short notice and so quickly!

If you need a process server in the US, then they are your best bet. Ive enjoyed premium services ever since I started using this company. Very prompt and quick to answer questions too.

If I could give them zero starts I would. They are very rude and unprofessional. The worst service ever and their communication between the office, the processor and the customer is poor. They take forever to answer your emails When you call for answers, they get mad and increase their tone of voice. NEVER US THEM, it is a waist of time and money. I believe there are better and more professional business out there that value you as a customer and appreciate your business.

It was my first time using a process server, and it went well thanks to the prompt assistance from Courtesy process servers. Im now into the system and know the rudiments required to be up top, thanks to them. They always deliver on time and provide timely updates.

Absolutely horrible. Prompt response before getting the money; then NOTHING. Several e-mails, telephone calls, and now 5 months later....This company rates a ZERO but forces to give it ONE star.

Gave these guys a small claims case out of Utah to serve in Miami, They were super responsive up front but after that its like pulling teeth to get an update! I still havent received their affidavit requested multiple times, and the court date is tomorrow. Do NOT use this company!

I used the services of a start-up process server in the US, and they messed with me, took my money and didnt deliver anything. But thanks to Courtesy Process, they made me believe in the system again and always offer that premium service that I didnt get elsewhere.

Be advised this company is a SCAM. They defraud you of your money and do not serve documents. I have notified the State this morning. Jerry Garcia is a crook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Encourage anyone that this individual sends an invoice to follow up with the Sheriffs Department. He is known to not serve but bill customers. This is a crying shame someone would be that low.

This guy said he would serve someone for me and after he accepted my money he never answered my phone again, I called this man 50+ times and received nothing. If he takes your money I would say call your bank and get it back right away

Not appointed by the Sheriff, not certified by the Eleventh Circuit, and their address is a Mail Boxes Etc. (now UPS) location.

We instructed them to serve individuals last May 2018. It is now January. I have contacted several times to get the service affidavits and NO RESPONSE.Do not use.

Dont work with them ! like all the other reviews not answer and not complete the job. Dont pay with check.
