This Process Server either mistakenly or on purpose, to increase fee, failed to successfully deliver to 1st address in Hialeah Florida. Later, suggesting another service at an additional cost. Throughout my experience I had to keep calling or emailing and asking for follow up. Each time no one knew about my situation and they had to call outside people to check on a status and get back to me. At times I had to call back to follow up on the call back. It was perplexing. Ultimately they failed to deliver to a Hollywood Florida address as well. Total loss of fees of $165. Failed to meet court date. Court advised process server should have known they could deliver to the first address during first attempt. Contacted process server about the issue, never heard back. Called back and asked for Jose Mejia, was told he was unavailable. No call back from him either. I got a new court date, chose another process server in Florida and was able to have a no-nonsense quick service at a good rate. They were communicative and did everything right. I received actual customer service which was elusive at Jose Mejia, P.I.. I did attempt to speak to this server before posting this review but honestly, I was given the impression they could care less. Your experience might be different but I felt it was important to share my direct experience with this process server. No one should pay $165 in lost fees when according to the court, the server failed to process successfully. Fortunately for me, there are other servers available throughout Florida.

Great process server!!! I hired Mr. Mejia to serve my husband with divorce papers and he served him THE VERY NEXT DAY ON HIS FIRST ATTEMPT!!! Mind you the sheriffs department had been trying to serve him for over 2 months and Mr. Mejia got him right away. Excellent service will definitely use him again. THANK YOU.

Terrible experience with this company. Even worse customer service. Stay clear of them. There are many other option.
