Truly inspected our whole entire home and quickly found the termite problem in our kitchen counters. The young woman that inspected our home was very friendly and upbeat! We called two other companies and they did not inspect our whole home. I recommend truly nolen for all bug issues!

I will not use them again. They charge a bunch of money and they only come into your home once. Whatever they throw on your grass will kill your grass. What got me the most upset was that the inspection guy, before i signed my contact, said i would only be charged $30.00 after each visit but thats not true, after a BIG DEPOSIT, i got charged $39.00 a month even when they didnt come. RIP OFF!!! i found other people that do a better job and only charge you for the services that are being done, not like Truly Nolen that charges you for the months they didnt even come to your home.. STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!!

Great experience! Spoke with Davi on the phone and met with Melody for our inspection a week or so ago & had service completed by Stefan. We’re renovating and when Stefan got there we had a mess all around the home and he was probably the most patient and helpful person I’ve ever met.

Payed in full for pest control. Kept getting billed monthly. This happened three times. Had to stop running my corporation to deal with them. The field manager and tech were wonderful. Office was mentally challenged. The office manager was one rude lady. She acted like I did something wrong instead of fixing the problem. When a customer pays in full they are doing the company a favor. They should not have to call and argue with them to stop billing them monthly over and over and over again.

Poor execution, poor customer service, poor scheduling, poor results. If I could give them a ZERO a would do that. Antonio was great! He is gone now. And Marc his replacement is very nice but clearly overworked and not supported properly. Matt the exterminator seemed fanatic ( to get the bugs) seems he is gone too...

I am very satisfied with the actual service HOWEVERI am disappointed that TRULY. NOLEN can not seem to retain their excellent employees! For many years the individual who was in charge of our termite service ( he did not do the actual work) but he inspected and spent a great dal of time explaining what needed to be done! He was very familiar with our home and our issues! The technicians were also excellent as there is a real advantage in having continuity- They were able to follow up so efficiently as they had history and knowledge of our needs! Alas we no longer have the three individuals as they no longer work for Truly Nolen!! It is also difficult to set up appointments as I often have to wait for a call back. The individual who does our regular pest inspections does a great job and he has been with us for several years.:The work TRULY NOLEN does is excellent! but your customer service and employee continuity is lacking!But you do get results!thanks thanks thankscathi graham

I live in a big house in Miami Shores, and from time to time, some unwanted visitors show up.I tried about 4 companies till I got to Truly Nolen.What a difference!Antonio, a sales manager showed up and made me calm right away saying that he would take care of everything...and that was exactly what happened!He personally set the traps and we caught them one by one.Now, every time that I have a unwanted visitor, I call him and he is here on the same day!He said he would take care of me, and that is exactly what he does!Besides Antonio, ALL the team is attentive and nice.Paul, came here to my house and took his time to look around and right away found a big hole on the wall to the A/C unit. Filling the hole was not his job, but without hesitation, he got a bucket of cement from his car, and filled in the hole for me.Fantastic professional!!!Thank you so much for being there for me!!!

Truly Nolen responded immediately sending Antonio Briceño, their service coordinator, within a few days and he made sure the issue was taken care of ASAP. Not at all happy with the service. There is no plan, no communicationand no results to rid my apartment of roaches. The told me that they are going to vacuum where roaches are hiding. It did not happen. There are not enough sticky roach traps in infested places. There are roaches than when they started.Last visit was scheduled to discuss if I wish to continue the service, and how. The guy came but I did not even knew he was there because I stayed in my home office. Of course no communication took place even though that was the reason I agreed he could come in. Very frustrating.I will cancel the contract.

First they were supposed to call me to schedule the next day. Days later I got a message with time. Their actual service is terrible. They always have to return bc the palmetto bugs are still there. This is my landlords service..i actually use another private neighborhood company to resolve the issue. Their guys are here like 30 to 45 minutes . Truly Nolen is a run through the house

Truly nolen is terrible. the rodent boxes never work. they are the cheapest in the industry and thats how they get business but their product does not work. they will tell you invoice is not due if service doesnt work but they will still send it to collection so get paid. STAY AWAY, go WITH PALMETTO PEST CONTROL much better

Extremely unprofessional - no follow up, had to constantly chase technicians and took over 15 service calls to find an opening in the roof that could have been found the first time around. AVOID!

Horrible experience with this company, were quick to charge but had to call many times to keep service going. Had rats and they never got them out as guaranteed, at the end I had to kill them myself. Paid in full and never got service.

Treatment seems to be working but have had mixed experience with the employees. Some are great, others were rude or rushing. Not sure why employees turn over often.

No call no show on the 1st appointment more than 1 hour late on the 2nd, however the salesman was very knowledgeable nice.

They are a terrible company, i have a contract with them and with a termite invasion do not gave time to give me a treatment. Call Terminix much better and cheaper!!!?

Bad experience. The salesperson told me I should get the treatment for different type of termites and when the technician showed up he told me he didn’t have the treatment right now for other types of termites and that I didn’t need it. Beware they are like the car dealers they want to sale the expensive stuff.
