Very unprofessional!!! The inspector that came out did his job on giving the price and explaining what needs to be removed due to poison. He mentioned open food in cabinets along with what is in the refrigerator need to go. I asked for bags to put it all in, but told me I have to take everything with me or throw it all out when I return. ??? I had to get boxes for the food and I ended up throwing out what was left in the refrigerator and freezer! NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY! They only want your $$$ and don’t care to give bags to protect your food. Apart from getting rid of termites, I got rid of cold food as well…time to refill the fridge! >:•[

When we returned home after tenting, we found two of our lawn chairs and a chaise lounge torn up under a tree in our backyard as well as empty water bottles littering our backyard. Our personal ladder was found resting against our roof, and one of ur air-conditionng drain lines was destroyed. I have left several messages for Alex to call me and take care of the damages. It has now been several weeks and still no phone calls or contact.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Horrible service, bad attitude!!!!Scheduled an appointment with Adrian Gutierrez 2 weeks ago. I left work to meet him and I waited 1 hour after the time he said he would arrive, only to have him call me and tell me he had other paying customers that was more important than me. He said I would have to wait another 30 minutes until he was done to meet me at the property. Gave me an estimate for $3010. Fast forward to today. I decided I would go with Al-FEX. Adrian came back out to walk the property. While walking the property he forced my gate open the wrong way and broke it right off the wall!! He tried to fix it but its still broke and loose. He got upset that I had him put it back. Then he says Oh you know what the roof is too moldy. The roof is old and has dirt in places but no mold, its in the sun all day. He tells me that they wont do the job because its moldy and they will slip. I am assuming anyone that does that job knows how to walk on a roof safely. I believe he threw away a $3000 dollar job because of personal reasons( he was upset about having to fix a gate that he broke). I would recommend if you use this company to ask for someone else rather than Adrian to come to do the inspecrion.

They asked us to cut back all the trees so they can get around them. We did everything that they asked and then they just tented right over all my beautiful trees. They didnt do what they said they were going. it was the cheap and easy way. i would not have them back again as i feel they did a fast and non professional job not caring about the trees and not giving us the right directions and truth about what they were going to do. Again the did it the cheap and lazy way. NEVER AGAIN.

I am very pleased with this service. We had our house tented this weekend and Al Flex was on point! Our rep Renato was the best. He was in constant contact with us from the signing of the contract to the time of tenting; he even came on the day of tenting and removal of the tent to ensure everything went okay. The crew arrived on time in both instances. My husband is concerned about the amount of patches on the tent but aside from that we have no other issues. Very professional service. I highly recommend AL-FLEX!!

I wanted to use this company because they were family owned and the owners son seems genuine and attentive. I was in a bit of a bind because I rent out a separate part of my home through Airbnb and a previous guest had brought bed bugs. So to get rid of those plus a termite issue I had, I needed the service done quickly to not continue to lose money through the busy season of Airbnb. As soon as the workers arrived and got up on my roof, I heard them stomping around. When I complained to the supervisor, he immediately ran to his van and produced a waiver. He said the roof was delicate but that they would take great care. I had had my house tented 4 years previous by a different company without any roof damage (not sure why I didnt use them again), so I figured it should be ok. As soon as I signed the waiver, the workers proceeded to stomp even harder, in my opinion. Unfortunately, my fears were confirmed. They damaged more tiles than the recent Hurricane Irma. I can prove it with pictures and I used the same roofer to repair after Hurricane Irma and after Hurricane Al-Flex and the repair costs were higher after the tenting was done. And the roofer specifically told me that the workers had to have wanted to break tiles to do what was done on the roof. I tried to have this resolved for weeks calling Al-Flex, but nothing. They wont not return my calls. So now I have do decide if I will spend money and time to sue them in small claims court with the chance that I will lose because of the waiver that I signed under some duress as they knew I had to take care of my issue quickly or lose money. At the very least, I am going to leave negative ratings so that others know about this company.

I had termites at my house and I called Al-Flex. They were quick to schedule me, they advised someone was going to call me within 24 hours, and before end of day Pablo (their salesman) called me. He was very professional and was able to work around my schedule with no problem . I was really confident with his knowledge and felt very comfortable when he explained all the process. I decided to tent my home and the entire procedure from beginning to end went very smooth. I am very glad that I went with this company, theyre reliable, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Very expensive,lousy costumer service the guy came to my house and he was supposed to get back to me never called.

We had Al-FLEX tent our home for termites, we had used AL-FLEX previously. I was in the house when they began work and I heard a tremendous bang on the roof. One of the workers came to me and stated they dropped the tent and showed me a single broken tile. I stated yeah I heard it. I asked how many tiles did they break? He responded five. He asked if they should proceed and I said yes but tell them to be careful. I assumed it was an accident and that they would proceed carefully. When AL-FLEX finished we had a roofer inspect the roof. Fifty-nine tiles were broken all throughout the roof. This is not carelessness, this is disregard. Once they asked me if they could proceed and I said yes they apparently felt they could proceed without any care and in total disregard for the roof. When I contacted the owner/manager, Al jr., he refused to take any responsibility. Instead he tried to state that the State of Florida should never allow the type of roof we have because it is barrel tile and brittle. The barrel tile roof we have is very popular and its use is very common. More importantly, AL-FLEX never stated before proceeding that it could not properly handle the type of roof we have. The cost to repair the roof was more than the tenting for termites! AL-FLEX refused to take any responsibility. AL-FLEX did offer to extend the 90 day warranty it offers to one year. How ridiculous! Like we would ever allow AL-FLEX on our roof ever again. So we can spend money fixing the roof again? There is an old saying. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. We would never allow AL-FLEX on our property again. Any company can make a mistake. A reputable company corrects its mistakes.

My experience with Al Flex Exterminators was great to say the least! Not only were they professional and were very knowledgeable, Pablo took time to explain to me my options. What the process was going to be (several times) Pablo maintained his professionalism and was very friendly. I would use this company again mainly because of their representative, Pablo.

Im going to recommend none of you ever use Al-Flex Exterminators in Miami.After paying a termite bond for five years, they wont honor my guarantee now that I need it because they couldnt find a record that I paid for it. (I was able to find payments for two of my three payments; they couldnt find any until I showed them.)I hired them to tent my house five years ago for more than $3,000 then paid an annual bond of more than $180, religiously. I had proof of every payment I made in the last five years except one of three ($61 each) I made last year. (Again, they couldnt find any record until I showed them canceled checks they cashed for two of them.)So for $61 they cant find, they wont honor the nearly $1,000 I paid total in the last five years — not even counting what they charged in their original tenting when I bought my home.They reveal themselves as a predatory business in Miami — at the worst possible moment.

I have been their client for over 10 years, every one form inspectors, installers of the tent and office emplo6are friendly, respectful, helpful and bilingual. I will keep hiring their service as long as I will be alive.

I was given a cellphone number after talking to one of the operator and my husband and I called more than 25 times to reach someone. DO NOT CONTACT THIS BUSINESS!I needed to rescheduled a tent installation on my property.I followed the steps of the inspector(he was great!). They even replied to my email saying I needed to talk to my inspector again.The inspector asked me to send a detailed email with the date I wanted the rescheduling to happen. They called me asking me about the installation and I told them I had rescheduled. They claimed they didnt receive it. I sent it again. The OWNER specifically blamed me for an email I sent to rescheduled that they claimed they did not receive. I sent the email again (with the attachment showing that I had sent it.It didnt matter. They decided to charge me 20% for the reschedule. I lost my down payment. This miserable owner can keep the stolen money. DO NOT CONTACT THIS BUSINESS. I wished I could rate negative stars. I only gave them one so i could post this.

My boyfriend and I called Al-Flex when we noticed a small bug problem in the house. When we called we received a friendly, helpful response and had a technician at the house next day. Our technician was Domingo and he was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. The bug problem was quickly eradicated and we have not had any issues since!

This has been the worst experience of a lifetime. There is an old saying the fish stink from the head on down. The sales representative gave me 3 different dates then changed them say they werent available after making plans to leave my home. Ask for bags to put food in for 2 weeks before I could get them. Just very unprofessional people. The men that came to put the tent on was 5 hours late. Paid for tent to be put on house and tool shed, they did not put tent on tool shed till days later. I have been contacting manager Alex from April to June almost July to give me an estimate for a different type of termites, he never return my calls and when I do reach him he stated he forgot. I ask that u please do not use this company. It was a nightmare from hell ten thumbs down👎👎👎👎👎

I pay a yearly fee for termite protection. If termites found the company would need to re rent the house. I saw termites, so I called for inspection.I made appointment for inspection. The inspector, Alfred, never showed up, never called.. nothing.I made a second appointment.Again, this man never showed up, never called, nothing.So I called and spoke with him and he actually had the nerve to say that he was sitting in his car waiting for someone to come to the door.Apparently, he wasnt smart enoughto pick up his cell phone and call me.I called and requested someone else come out to the house and was told that this is the only person that does the inspection for customers that have already paid for the yearly termite protection.So, my conclusion is that unless they only have 10 customers, this is the way the company keeps from having to fulfill their obligation.I was told a manager would call me.... still waiting after 1week.You call for appointment, this Alfred guy is dispatched and he sits outside the property waiting for the home owner to receive his ESP signal, that hes outside the door.This is what Al thought was reasonable explanation for missing 2 appointments.RUN as fast as you can from this company before they get your money

Long time ago, I call Al-Flex for a termite invasion in my home. They proceed to cover my home with those plastic or whatever. When the cover was removed I went up the roof and I discovered that they worker destroyed in different site my roof. In those times not cellulars was available and I don,t had a camera. The owner denied wrongdoing faceless and the repaired cost me $5,000. In those times Al- Flex were a dishonest business.

You know when you find mice droppings in your office, its time to call an exterminator. We called Al-Flex Exterminators for our little furry problem. The tech that came out was very professional, knowledgeable and funny. He walked the entire property with us and provided a few solutions.Al-Flex Exterminators carried out the plan and no mice droppings have been seen since. We went ahead and did an exterminating contract. We have not seen a single bug ever since -- not even dead ones.Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend this company.

Termite treatment (put up tent) was scheduled for today, 6/3/16 between 4:30 and 6:00 P.M. Needless to say, I called the office at 5:30 to find out what time to expect since it was getting close to 6:00 P.M. I was given a phone number to call Lazaro, as I was told they were running late. I spoke to Lazaro (person in charge to do the tent) and he told me he will be at my place at 7:30 P.M. I just called now it is 8:17 p.m. and he told me he was coming in 40 minutes! What kind of customer service is this? Putting at tent at 9:00 P.M.? What kind of job performance can expect? These guys have been working all day and now are tired and getting ready to go home. I recommended to leave the job for tomorrow, and was told they do not do tenting on Saturdays!! Why not? Definitely, I will never recommend this company to any of my friends nor relatives (I had two people already)No consideration whatsoever, no professionalism. I wish I could cancel, but after two days of work, getting ready for this, I cant go through another hassle, just because I happened to be dealing with a company that spends lots of $$$ on TV ads, and now I know why!

This review is long overdue.When I see their trucks I get incensed.I used this company a few years ago,horrible experience.They broke about 50 roof tiles and when you sign the contract they dont have to fix them.They destroyed several shrubs by trimming them too much so the tent would go between the house and the shrubs but they couldnt care less about how much they trim.They were supposed to keep the tent on for two days but pulled it after a day saying I didnt need to have it on any longer.The termites came back 4 months later and they gave me a run around and never came back to redo the tenting as the contract calls for.A complete waste of $3500.If you buy the extended warranty for another $800 per year, good luck getting them to honor it.You would be much better off going online and buying termidor which is a termite spray that kills both subterranean and flying termites and spray yourself.it works great,at a fraction of the cost of tenting.

Had my tent put on a week ago. I have no compalin. The person the we did the contract with explained everything thoroughly and all was done as scheduled. The phone call to confirm next day tenting, the set up of the tent and the turn in of the key.

I had a termite isssue at my house and was confused as to what were the best options of treatment etc. I wasn’t very knowledgeable about termites since I had never dealt with this issue before. After making several phone calls to different companies I decided to go with Alflex. My representative Rey Martinez was very thorough with his inspection and took his time to explain the differences between the liquid treatments and tent fumigation. After researching I had decided Tent fumigation was the best route to choose. I could not be happier with my choice of Al-Flex exterminors. It was a very reasonable price and my rep did a great job explaining the process and preparation. Fair price compared to the other companies and professional service. This was the worst experience I could of imagined. They placed a sign on my brand new garage door that caused permanent damage. I requested they assume responsibility for the damages they caused and after almost 2 months of waiting I was told that they will not assume any responsibility for the damages. Unfortunately now I have the additional expense of hiring an attorney because of their negligence. Please stay as far as possible from these crocks.

Despicable company and should have their license revoked. Stole my 287$ deposit and I am sure this is not the only case. Horrible customer service. Very happy this is not the company I paid to do the tenting. Wish I would have known that the salesman lied to my face and the company held me word for word to the contract even thought their salesman admitted he screwed up. Horrible Company.

Very disappointed with the service. First when you take the insurance they never check if everything is all right at your home. We put a tent last week . I am not sure it was working when we did it last time since we had to put a tent in less than 5 years. They came and they didnt check anything. All the windows were supposed to be open. the window of and my daughters room were closed !!!!! they didnt check that the teco Gaz was on !!. When they came they left claws in my garden.. They called me at 9PM the day before to schedule the tomorrow appointment. The tech was nice ( having all the complains). The main office couldnt call me at normal hours to let me know the time. DONT USE THEM they are not serious.

Job came out good called the service guy for other services refused to come out then finally showed up 5 days later and said he couldn’t do it. I guess once they have your cash they don’t care.

I had a huge termite problem so I used an exterminator who told me that I should be fine spraying my house. After a month, the termites came back so I decided to call Al-Flex. They told me that the only way to guarantee to get rid of termites is to tent my house. Three months later, my house is still termite free.
