I must say, I am very impressed with this shop and the staff at this Midas location. James is probably one of the best Managers Ive seen, and Ive been around shops most of my life, he really handles his job with such professionalism and passion really is excellent at what he does, you have to appreciate and respect the quality work, doesnt over promise or over charge is fair and gives honest recommendations. hank you! You definitely earned my business for life.
This Midas is terrible, and especially don’t go here if you have a Groupon. I have a Nissan Altima 2011 and they refuse to put regular oil in it when that is perfectly fine and even called other Midas’ and they said that a regular oil change is fine and I’ll be going to the other location for services from now on. I’m not going to go through the trouble to change my Groupon from regular to synthetic and be up charged 20 more whenever my car doesn’t require that 👎
For those people out there using Groupons for Midas refrain yourself of buying it. The deal you get does not have anything to do whit what you the actual service is. You pay 99 bucks to Groupon for the brake deal and you end up paying 114 bucks at Midas. Ripping everybody off!!!! Just like that. Dont do it, dont go.
My car had been sitting in front of my house for months and wouldn’t start for anything. I had my insurance tow it to the Midas and boy in two days time my car was back and running. Everything was timely and I got a call to keep me updated on everything that was happening. I am really happy with the service I got and I’ll for sure be going back to them for any other future services. James and his crew are top notch.
Excellent service from the front desk! James Rubio was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good at explaining everything going on with my car even though I know nothing about them so I was grateful for that. I felt like everything he recommended was honest and sincere which is probably important in this industry. My brakes are now in great shape and I left incredibly satisfied.

Worst customer service experience ever.
I needed an oil change and driving by Midas I decided to call. It was closing in an hour. James answered. He was professional and told me they can do it right away and they did. Price was great and service was excellent. Thank you James. We will return.
If you wanna go somewhere, where you know they won’t rip you off, I highly suggest this Midas. They made me feel comfortable and at ease with my car. Carlos especially was very helpful and let me know exactly what my car needed. He’s a great, reliable, and a nice man. I’ll be sure to continue coming here for more car service. :)
Such a quick and easy experience from the moment I called. James in the front of the shop was great
First off the guy in the office wasnt wearing a mask at all, just a tiny plexiglass divider between him and myself. I told him twice my car used conventional oil but he kept insisting on a synthetic change. He said they would call when my car was ready but never did, when I called 3 hours later he said it was ready. The last midas I went to included diagnostics that were sent to me after the oil change, I was expecting that again but nope. Its getting two stars because they changed my oil and put air in my tires (I specifically asked them to) for less than $25. If it werent for the blatant health concern I might have given 4, but no mask in sight is just unacceptable especially for the guy in an air conditioned office dealing with customers.

I visited the Midas shop near my home in Miami to have them check mu brakes and they were very helpful and showed me what needed to be done. They took in the car and did the service quickly and kept the cost in budget.

Terrible attention, the manager responds arrogantly, the mechanics do not know how to handle the change vehicles and treat the customers as if they were not going to pay for the work done. It is not the first time that Midas has had this kind of attention. Terrible service from the staff and poor presentation to the owner by his staff.
Terrible service, three days to change the oil in my car, today I managed to change it but what a bad experience, the manager without any education or kindness, the man thinks he is handsome, how I would like to have been in my country, I also asked him twice that They will rotate the tires and they tell me to my face that they rotated it and I, looking at them, did nothing, what disrespect, last visit to Midas.

Very good attention, best mechanics in Miami. I have my personal mechanic and he wont push me to solve my problem. I went to 3 different places and James and Helder were professional and gave me their honest recommendations. I will recommend to my family and friends here.
