Charged me close to $100 for an oil change. I asked for tire rotation and balance. They asked where the lug key lock was i told them in glove box. They said they couldnt find it. So i go pick up the truck after service hrs. The lock key was in the glove box...and not only that but my tire pressure was 48....suppose to be 65....youd think they put air in my tires at least since they supposedly couldnt find the key. As for a dealership i wouldnt have expected that kind of service but better off going to a mobile.

Promptly handled my recall notice and decent wait time.
