In the beginning the services here was good until I found out that they are using MMA instead of EMA sounds like theres no difference oh but it is, not to mention they dont listen when you tell what you want and the prices always changes even for the same thing you paid for last week. I definitely will not be coming back and thats for sure

I went to get my hand and feet done they tried to up yhe price then tbey didnt do the job i paid for. The very next day my nails staryef peeling And this was gel once I talked qith manager she was ride and hung up on my saying I didnt take care of my. nails this is never again place.

Great eyebrow tinting and nail services

My most favorite place to go get my lashes done and eyebrows. They will have you on point!!! My lashes stay on for over 2 months or more.

My eyebrows were done so poorly (Still wearing a hat two weeks later because my brows are horrible and now I have a burn mark and scar) and it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. The nail polish is cheap. The place is full of dust and acrylic. Needs to be inspected. Lots of dust and dirt, everyyyyy where, dirty bowls, stations, etc. but I was desperate and needed something last minute.

I have been coming here for 6 years now, amazing staff. And they know how to do their stuff!! Affordable prices!!!

Great service . As I walked in it was a bit awkward because everyone was starring but even though they were full they had plenty of staff to assist me right away. Overall satisfied with my service from Lin. She did a great job I will be going back .

I give them four stars because they were honestly awesome the only thing I didn’t like is that they told me 15 over the phone but then charge me 17 once I got there, but it really didn’t bother me much because they did such an excellent job and they had such a good vibe and energy that I don’t care about nothing else lol. I will definitely be going back! They are super clean, super nice, super fast and efficient. Nice squad that they have there lol :) definitely recommend ! Yall should all go!

I came in a little before closing, they insisted to assist me. I needed a pedicure an gel crylics anywho they sat me right away for the pedicure with a very friendly gentleman (super funny btw) and the pedicure went well! Soon after I was sat for my nails and the young man that was going to do them at first was not sure he can do the design I asked for from the picture I had on my phone. I insisted I wanted it. He was skeptical on doing it but lil ol me said my way or the high way (limp bizkit voice) hehe so he said OKAY! I do! He started doing my nails, then closing time was getting close. He was saying how bad he wanted to leave but I will still do a good job he says I don’t care leaving a bit late. Though he kept mentioning how bad he wanted to go home and looking at his friend hoping he won’t leave without him. He took all the time he needed to do my nails. First time ever there an I will come back. That was long huh? (I’m bored)

So glad that the guy that be asking people to sign in told me not to come back any more the service sucks and it don’t matter how long you been going there if you are not a familiar face they would have you waiting for hours for service and they nail techs don’t even know how to design a nail

I always go to nail trap and Ive always loved it.. but yesterday was the worst experience by far.. Jason always keeps me fly but $52 for a pedicure and gel polish on my nails thats already peeling after one day, has me pissed.. and its Easter weekend 🤦🏽‍♀️

I recently took my girlfriend to The Nail Trap normally I dont like the smells of nail salon because the older of the iodine is way too strong but this time it was mild a female was having concerns about bringing her baby and the location because of the smell but she was able to because the smell was mild the Asians were friendly the service was quick as well Ive been looking for a great place to get your nails done ladies or men I give them four stars

I will never spend another cent here. First off every time I visit its different prices for the same exact thing (pedi, mani, gel polish on overlay)I get every 3 weeks. 2 days after I get home I notice my polish chipping, if you get gel polish than you know gel dont chip. A week later my polish is completely peeling off. Gel polish dont peel off nor does it easily come off. So now not even 2 weeks old & my nails look horrible. I pay extra for gel polish so that my nails can last. If youre planning on going to them DONT. Save yourself time & money.

I will not be getting my nails done there again my nail came off with the nails when I soaked them off and it hasnt grown back yet.

As a Pastor today I had the worst experience ever in a place of businessBefore receiving service I asked openly do you all accept debit the staff replied yes so I proceeded with a pedicure and manicure the young lady for those services did an awesome job very friendly to the fact that as a first time customer I said to self Ill be back😊 then I moved to another beautiful staff who arch my eyebrows and did my eyelashes 😊 okay so I thought to self Im a new customer 😊Up Until this point of time to pay so I handed the women in charge of the debit machine my card it didnt go through after two times so she gave me my card saying it didnt work then a gentleman then asked do you have another card as if Im broke..... So I did inform them that I have plenty money 😋something is wrong with your machine however I gave them another card full of cash 😋 and the same thing happened then gentleman (worker)used his card same thing. SONow they trust that its there machine and tells me to leave my Samsung edge 7 with them while I go to the atm 😲 So you dont trust me but I suppose to trust you with my phone. So I declined leaving my phone with them and asked them to allow one of there workers to go with me to the atm.Oh no just leave your phone. So since I wasnt cooperating with them they called security because they wanted there $78 on there terms security came and said that they cant make me leave my phone and that its not a security issue they decline there request to take me to the bank.. which was 3mins away....So I left to proceed to the bank in the Plaza and not only one worker bUT two are running to come with me 😲 so as we walking the woman that was working the debit machine complaining about she dont have time for this as if there machine wasnt the cost of thisAnd Im giving them a hard time .... So I got the cash and allowed them to follow me back to the nail salon to give the money for my services that was truthfully worth the money but that customer service dropped when there debit machine wasnt working .I was very disappointed in how I was treated and before all this happened I did give both ladies a tip and I left with a tip Never to go back there I was treated as if my card was declined for insufficient funds asking me to leave my phone for collateral if it wasnt for this mistreatment I would have given this place of business A 5 star
