Great customer service. I got a regular manicure and Marta did a great job. Very relaxing atmosphere.

It was the worst experience. I left in the middle of treatment. The lady had no idea what she was doing. I tried to communicate (with the help of translator) but it did not help. My nails are a mess.She couldn’t even remove gel polish and make the nails the same length!And their tried to charge me! It felt like such a waste of time….Ladies, save your nails, time and money 🙏🏼

Don’t bother.$90 (French Gel Mani Pedi) not including tip. Picture is status post 3 days later. Mani gel was already chipping less than a day later. Please notice most of the white tips on my fingers are so thin it didn’t cover the white part of my nails, and the pinky finger is a sloppy job. The woman didn’t remove her gloves after giving me a pedicure, and just basically did 4 taps on the backs of my hands to apply lotion at the end. Quite a comedic scene.

The space is really cute which is why I first decided to come here after walking past it one day. The customer service is not super great. The girl at the desk was not very friendly and the person doing my nails didnt talk to me at all the entire time I was there. I accidently messed up one of the nails when I was trying to get up and she made like a grunt. I obviously didnt do it on purpose and it wouldnt have happened if she had offered to help with grabbing my bag and putting it on my shoulder for me. Theres too many nail salons in the area to not be treating customers nicely. I can easily find somewhere else to go.

This place use to be SO awesome - so clean and so professionally run. One of the things I loved about it was that it was really Zen - and peaceful and I could just sit back and relax. Last time I went in there, the receptionist was on her cell phone when I walked in and couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions about polish and worse, one of the clients was speaking on her cell phone really loud with the speakerphone on about something a little tragic and upsetting. It killed the vibe for me. They have a no cell phone policy by the way because people in miami are generally rude and don’t know how to behave so I guess they forgot about their own policy. So I’m giving it three stars because I think they have a great shop with strong potential and can and should do better.

Service was good, girl in the front desk was sweet.But, I don’t fill like it’s a pedicure who supposed to cost 75$The skin on both fits is peeling, I have never had such a thing ... terrible...The shape of my nails doesnt look like a square at all, I had a Beautiful nail shape, you ruined it.Gel polish is incorrectly made up, and flows over the shape of the nail.Not recommended at all, sorry but it’s unprofessional work for 75$

I enjoyed my experience here! Marie at the front desk was kind, professional and super helpful from setting up an appointment to even helping me choose a design. I got a gel mani and pedi and massage — my nail tech was very attentive and paid attention to every detail. I believe her name was Alina. I felt supper relaxed and enjoyed the one on one time. The nail shop was not crowded, music was gently played, and the oil that they use for your leg and feet smelled so natural and soft! I smelled like their softening oil the entire day. Overall, I enjoyed my experience that was an anniversary gift given to me by my husband. Thank you.-Jennifer

Really wanted to love this place. The technicians are awful. I gave it two tries and even had them redo my nails before leaving because it was that bad. Just save yourself the time and money. Really cute place but finished product is awful!

Im pregnant and had a great experience, the shop doesnt smell like chemicals, I didnt felt I was being exposed to a dangerous environment for my unborn baby and I as did in other Nail Shops (due to the strong chemicals smell in the environment), on the contrary, I felt very comfortable. Luv Nail Shop was super friendly, super clean and they did a beautiful job :)

This business is not reasonable in its dealings with customers.My friend and I arrived five minutes after the grace period for our appointments. We thought we were early, but we were actually late due to a misunderstanding while booking the appointments online. (The online booking tool displays appointment start and end times.)Neither the receptionist nor the owner were accommodating or reasonable, even after explaining the misunderstanding. I was charged the full amount for services that we did not receive, which I consider stealing money from customers with ridiculous policies.Even after exchanging various emails with the owner and attempting to get just half of my money back, she refused and claimed that the policies were reasonable.I grew up in Miami and now live in Manhattan and I have never come across a salon with such policies and mistreatment of their customers.

Such a lovely nail salon. Great atmosphere and customer service. I made an appointment before coming in so no wait time. Would definitely recommend for a pedicure. Going back soon to try out the manicure.

Just moved to Miami and this became my fave non-toxic salon!!! Obsessed with my nails. The technician did such a good job. She was extremely gentle and takes me through everything she did. Awesome awesome awesome!

LOVE THIS PLACE...its my go to for mani and pedi. They use all products not tested on animals! And the products they sell are made locally by the owner of the salon, and smell AMAZING. The only thing is alot of change over in staff, so hope they get that right...but I adore the place, very relaxing, no cell phones ringing or loud chatter... recommend to all!

Would not recommend this place if you have gel polish to removemy appt was at 4:45 and did not leave until closing time (6pm) originally I asked for gel polish removal but the receptionist asked one of the nail tech for a professional opinion and in the end I agreed to pay extra $ 20 for acrylic removal because they mentioned my nail is to thick to remove.The nail tech starts to buff only the surface and soaks in a bowl of acetone I told her I was paying for a acrylic removal and she had a confused lookShe moved on to buffing the nail very quickly and thinly I asked her if she could please buff only midway and soak the rest off which even the nail salons on calle ocho & wynwood would doInstead she told me no, because you dont use acetone to remove this?!?!?I was already frustrated because when she brought out the drill which they only had one in the entire salon (the receptionist told me) she burned me and kept hitting the tips of my nail over and overThe nice part of this whole ordeal was the tea they served and the receptionist

The owner Vanessa makes everyone feel like a celeb!Not your run of the mill place.. ladies, if you are looking for the whole yucky fake acrylic thing this is not the place for you, but if you want to have a real and legit spa style manicure and or pedicure this should be on the top of your list.No 10$ action so again if you want the real deal spa treatment vibe, this would be it, in life you get what you pay for and I will happily pay for the services here.Every detail on the place was very well thought out and executed perfectly even down to the tea selection and the daily fresh fruit infused water.I have to admit,Im was torn a bit torn on the review,The place deserves 10 stars but at the same time I almost wanted to keep it my little hidden treasure... I went to the Salon with my daughter, Nicole, and we absolutely had one of the longest lasting acrylic nails sets I have ever had put on! Plus, the pedicure was amazing and the guy who did it was so gentle and great. Definitely worth making the drive because they are super sweet, not expensive and really know what they are doing!

I came in after searching yelp fora good place to get my french manicure acrylic. Annie was wonderful and affordable. It was $35 for a full set. It turned out lovely. Will most certainly be coming back! Her work is light weight and even and very pretty!

Went in for a pedicure. It was the first Ive ever gotten, i have bad issues with athletes foot and my mother recommended them highly. The staff was very pleasant. They offered tea and water while i waited. The location was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend them and will be returning for my future feet needs.

Doesnt communicate particular SVC charge me 50 for a pedi with gel soak off terrible job on feet. Filing wasnt good polish wasnt great an the bottom of my feet nothing. I said something to owner and she offers additional services after the fact. Bad business jus because a shop is nice in a great area doesnt mean there service is good. Do ur research...bc I didnt. My fault

The best salon around hands down. The only place I know that actually has an autoclave machine to clean and disinfect tools, because nothing else works 100%. Professional nail techs that do an amazing job and its safe not to get an infection.....what else is there to say....wait...did I say they use non toxic products, yes they do. The best in the industry. Everyone else needs to get on their level!

Perfect service at a very fair price

Loved the vive of the place. Service was 20 min late, but at least very good and nails looked great the first day and then the paint on two gel nails cracked (weird). The girl doing my nails did say that she noticed the nail polis a little clumpy and...there you go. Not worth paying what I paid for the quality I ended up receiving.

I have gone to them twice now and very satisfied. The service is good, dont have to wait and treated nicely.

Sent my boyfriend here for a basic pedicure and leg massage. They ended up charging him an extra $20 for 5 mins of massaging and during the pedicure told him they could only do an extra 10 mins. When I called to ask why he was charged $55 they told me because the technician massaged 10 minutes two times around-- when not only did they not even massage for 10 minutes but even told him they can only do a max of 10 mins. He left more stressed then he went in. RIP off and pure LAZINESS.

Staff was pleasant, but my manicure lasted less than a week. Pedicure is still good, but my feet are usually stuck in sneakers every day. For $80 this place isnt worth it. Ive been to chemical free places throughout the states and this one was the most expensive.

This has been my third visit of Luv Nail Shop and the first two visits were great experience. My nails stayed for two weeks in perfect way, I use my hands to sell precious jewelry so I am making sure to take care of my hands. This time the lady used dirty towel over and over to place my hands on, she left leftover from the peel which was scratching my skin, my nail chipped the second I left the salon and today the next day 8 nails are peeling on the edges. Shape of my nails were not even, and she made my toe bleed. I don’t know what happened but it was over $100 for mani pedi and I am very unhappy.

My initial disappointment was with the quality of the work done, and then how it was handled by the owner (who requested I come in and bring photos of proof) - this after my husband calling (immediately after I came out sad and disappointed) and me giving her MULTIPLE opportunities to make it right.The icing on the cake - she responded to my yelp review and essentially called me a liar and accused me of not being a customer and writing a fake review.Beware. Vanessa will be nice to you until you’re unhappy with something. And then her true colors show.Shame on you.This is no way to treat a customer.I NEVER leave negative reviews. But you keep adding insult to injury.

Terrible customer service! How come I call three times to make an appointment and I get to the place then it happens I don’t have an appointment? A girl in the front desk which is whom I had talked to in the phone insists we are in the wrong. We show her the phone number we called and says that’s their number but finds it strange. We left cuz at that point is ridiculous what they are doing. I called 20mins before to say I was on my way and they asked for my name, get to the place and NO APPOINTMENT. This was a waste of time.
