Nicholis is wonderful, very knowledgeable, about motorcycles and the surrounding area. I rented his 2007 Honda CBR 1000 to go ride the Keys and I would have missed all the great scenery on the way there if he hadnt shown me the alt route. And Im glad I listened. Riding under giant tree tunnels on Old Cutler Road was quite the scene. I would have passed it right by if I use my GPS. All in all super great dude! Super fair pricing! Superb motorcycles! The only thing that wouldve made my trip any better is if he was there riding with me! Thanks again Nicholis. I will definitely rent from you again here in the near future.

Terrible. Avoid MiamiMotorcycleRentals at all costs. Poorly maintained motorcycle, BORDERING ON DANGEROUS, plus the worst customer service imaginable is not a winning combination. I wont even get into the bait and switch practices, which are likely completely illegal. If you have ANY opportunity to rent from somewhere else, do so.

Took the Ducati out for spring break weekend, the bike was very powerful, super well maintained, and looks exotic. Sven is the nicest sweetest man that I wanted to give up my trip time to just spend time speaking with him. Very knowledgeable in terms of motorcycles, so he will tell you what’s good for long trips vs cruising around town and what not. He genuinely buys his clients before he sells a service. Amazing experience overall, he was flexible in terms of the timings of picking up and dropping off. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for motorcycle in Miami.

A perfect experience. Sven and Nicholas are wonderful. Everything was as described. The customer service was excellent, the motorcycle was in great shape, the delivery was excellent and the return was also handled, perfectly. Sven, the owner, spent about 20 min with me after I returned my rental discussing motorcycles and he also spent time with me discussing and showing me the other motorcycles he has and their unique characteristics. I learned a lot more than I knew before. A perfect experience. Highly, highly recommended.

Bad customer service. called to inquire about renting a motorcycle for a photoshoot in-studio for 1 hour, was willing to pay for a full day plus transportation services. barely got to get my inquiry out before getting hung up on. it would have been fine to say no that’s not something you can do, i would have thanked you for your time and been on the next! just rude.

Awesome experience - Nicolas and Sven are great guys to deal with. Clear communication, quick responses. Their bikes are in fantastic condition and well maintained. I was in Miami in Feb for a couple of weeks and rented the Honda CBR1000RR. Lots of fun. Both guys give solid recommendations and can end up talking bikes with them for hours. Will def rent from them again next time I am in Miami

Needs to learn how to deal with clients in a propper way when under pressure. A business man should never retaliate on a clients when knowing is his mistake and problem.

Nicolas was very responsive whenever any communication was required. The pickup and drop off were extremely smooth. The bike itself was good, although I recommend prior experience riding a Harley before renting one as it is quite different in the way it rides. Other than that, it was a great experience renting it.
