Excellent place to take your son or daughter to for those days off from school, summer camp, or as an after school workout to get the wiggles out of them. Also a great place for the adults to get their wiggles out as well at a later hour.

My kids have been practicing capeira at Sol e Lua for nearly 2 years and love it! The instructors are great - very kid friendly, super nice and extremely experienced. The extracurricular activities are also a lot of fun - like the annual batizado and the summer camp. I highly recommend it.
