Had a quick and efficient experience with the JN there.
I took a package to be mailed there in january and sent it as a free matter for the blind. It is publication 347 with the United States postal service .The lady took it to the post office and the clerk didn’t know that blind people can send mail for free. The Clerk of packages and more did not even askto talk to the manager of the post office. My computer was sitting at her shop for three months and she didn’t tell me Until three months later. She had my return address she could’ve mailed me a letter saying that the package wasn’t sent. I need that computer as I am a visually impaired student and it had programs for vision impaired students in it. They lady was aware of what I was sending. Very upsetting. The worker didn’t want to take any responsibity for what happened. Instead she told me to get out of her store because I was telling her I was upset. The place that I sent it to donate and repairs computers for disabled people for free so it takes a long time to receive it back.
Lorna the black lady was very rude was not helpful told me to go to the post office and mail my packages because she didn’t have tape and I should have came with my packages taped already...
