My mother was transported by this company. She is very sick. They picked her up with their home attendant. On the way to her destination they stopped and picked-up 3 other people!!!They never obtained consent from my mother or the attendant. IN A COVID PANDEMIC!!!!After they dropped her off the others stayed in the van. The driver and assistant were unprofessional, rude, and were not wearing gloves and their masks were not entirely covering their nose and mouth. This is UNACCEPTABLE and in violation of ALL established COVID safety guidelines. Unsanitary conditions inside the van!ESTA COMPANIA NO LE IMPORTA LA SALUD DE SUS PACIENTES. Utilizan este transporte como un BUS. No siguen las reglas de salud establecidas durante esta pandemia de COVID.Sin higiene ninguna!NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE!

Hello, we tried to contact their unit several times with no answer. On 8/3/2021 3 EMTs came into our unit to pick up a patient. They know this patient is a paralyzed patient who bares no weight. They needed a transfer board for chair to chair transfer. They came in with no board and on top of that didnt position the chairs next to each other. He did a Feet to head type of transfer. Meaning he put the feet of the chair he was currently sitting in and placed the head of the empty stretcher under his feet! Never in my life have I seen such a careless transfer of a patient. I attempted to call and speak with a supervisor and they of course gave me the run around. 20 mins on Hold was in hopes I hung up. So I took it to Google reviews. I hope you can at least get the proper equipment for future patients or we will refuse your pick up to keep our patients safe.

Terrible service, abusive the time they make patients wait to be picked up.Cars in terrible conditions..You license in Miami Dade should be revoked for such a terrible service.

Worst company, they are unable to do their job, their employees/drivers LIE shamesly about times and patients pickups, they have 99 excuses and 0 answers. Do not use this service because it is actually disservice.

Elderly patient waited over 4 hours to be picked up after being told that it would only be half hour. The abuse and lack of consideration for patients who don’t have a voice is extremely concerning. Companies like this that benefit from Medicaid and Government Contracts should be held accountable.Our elderly community deserves better! If I could leave negative stars I would but needed to at least have one in order to post.

How could this company be able to operate the driver never even strapped me down and made a hard turn almost tipped over in my wheelchair horrible phone service

Mother-in-law was not picked up on time. They rescheduled and failed the second time. Called to verify pick up and Samuel hung up twice. Need to revise customer service and product knowledge training.

This is got to be the worst company I never get to an appointment on time and they have five other companies transportation America SuperShuttle trip to MD ride to MD and all the fall Trolleys inMiami Dade county simply needs to get rid of this company ASAP

My mom was picked up from a home facility for a doctors appointment . The transport couldn’t pick the office said they guy got a flat tire and had to look for someone else to pick her up .. luckily with help from the homecare and the doctors office calling to complaint they sent another one 4 hours later .. an officer that was at memorial hospital saw my mom crying and brought her a sandwich and told her to calm down . this is not right it’s horrible to do to an Ederly person in a wheelchair ..my mom has stomach problems so no need to go further with what happened next all over her .. so sad .. they need to find more responsive back up horrible service

This has been the worst experience we have ever had with any company or service provider. Leaving an eighty one year old dialysis patient waiting for transportation not once, but FOUR TIMES out of five, it’s not 5/5 because they didn’t even bother to come once, for over 2-3 hours!! Unbelievable! Very frustrating!

Worst service ever!!! I am waitinting for them to pick up my husband for 2 hrs by the clock. Will complain to medicare. I need to go to work, i explained that tothem when i first called them to pick him up. They have no recards for people who are sick. I am a diabetic and i did not have breakfast or lunch. Feeling real sick right now. WORST TRANSPORTATION EVER!!!!!!!! Had to select a star to be able to write a review i wouldnot even give them that.

If i could give a 0 star review I would. WORST transportation service EVER. We scheduled a round trip transport 2 days in advance. and were late for BOTH times. and hour and a half late. No consideration for the elderly, no consideration for the companion, no consideration for anyone. Kept on calling for time-frame and they kept on giving me bogus timeframes between 15-30 minutes. At the end they had the audacity to tell me that pick up timeframe for someone in a wheelchair was one hour and a half. Asked to speak to a manage who NEVER came on the phone named Yandrey Racedo. Dont even waste your time, money, and patience with these people.
