I callled Aran to do a weekly private transportation to dialysis for my 83-year-old father who is currently at Heartland Rehab in Kendall. My father took the insurance provided transportation last week and it was a nightmare. The dialysis center is 2 miles from the rehab and it took the driver an hour to get there.I called Aran over the weekend and we worked out the transportation for this week. Arans driver was supposed to arrive at 2:15 today but the transportation company from last week picked him up earlier. There was a miscommunication which was 100% the fault of the rehab center.Aran immediately notified me that he would be giving me the discount for the missing ride today and would follow through on the rest of the weekly pickups as scheduled.Its good to see a business that goes out of their way to please their customers. Highly reccomend Aran and ITransport Services!!!
