This company is very fair and responsive. I would highly recommend them, as theyre trustworthy. They replaced gutters for my rental with beautiful bronze gutters. They even gave me a list of a bunch of colors I can choose from. Very organized and detailed. Five Stars!

Owner Jesús came out to my property and was extremely professional. He provided an estimate on site and answered all questions about advantages of his product. Their estimate was lower than 2 other companies. They scheduled work next day and job was completed with tremendous detail. I highly recommend this company.

I had 6 rain gutter companies provide diagrams and estimates. Jesus spent the least amount of time. Initially I thought that was bad. Then I quickly realized -- no, that is good, he is simply sharper than the others so it doesnt require nearly as much time.Every company basically agreed on 75% of my property...the front left and entire back. Nobody agreed on the front right, which incorporates the front porch and a nearby permanent carport. I had proposals for 2, 3 and 4 downspouts in that area. Every conceivable location for them. It became amusing once I realized every subsequent company would provide a different remedy.Jesus solution was the most sensible. Thats why I went with this company. He used 2 downspouts in that area, while cluttering only one of my brick carport pillars with a downspout, and completely eliminating the prior downspout near my front porch. Nobody else offered a combo like that.Jesus estimate was among the lowest. But some of the higher priced companies had specified the wider 6 inch gutters. They are more expensive. I contacted Jesus to inquire about how much extra it would be for 6 inch gutters. He could have told me anything. I assumed the price would go up $100-$200. But Jesus told me his estimate was already for the 6 inch gutters.That clinched itThe gutters are now in place and functioning perfectly. I had workers from my pool company say they will really help with my pool deck situation. Previously I never had gutters above the pool.My only annoyance was that the installers did not speak one syllable of English. Jesus and others atop the company are perfectly bilingual. But the workers did not understand my request to place the downspouts a couple of inches higher than normal. I am going to change the slant of the ground, raising it higher near the wall to create a positive slope. Thats why the downspouts couldnt be tight to todays ground level. But since the workers couldnt understand that, they were insisting on placing the spouts tight to the ground. I had to summon my neighbor to translate. Frustrating.

Would not recommend. Our gutters do not work. We had our shutters installed recently with a warranty of 5 years. I called Jesus (our salesman) right after installation because the screens were installed in a way that allows for leaves and debris to enter the gutters and clog them. We were not told they were going to end up like that or else I wouldve opted for no screens. I have been trying to get with them and I get no response at all. Our gutters DO NOT WORK, period. Total waste of time and money. I would have another company offer a solution.

I had a very small job. Only 12 feet of gutter and downspout. Most companies would think this is not worth the wild to take care of. Jose got it done. I think the technicians name was Humberto. Great price, done within a week and it took 45 minutes to install. Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for this guy. When I have a big job rain gutters will be my number one call

Owner is responsive and does attend to customers that have concerns. I had a slight issue with the gutters several months after the job was completed. Once they responded, they addressed the issue, got it fixed in a professional and respectful manner. His workers were very patient and understanding of the situation. Given the times we are in with the COVID19 pandemic, I do think it is critical to support local businesses that do grant and cover services under their warranty. I have to say, this company did just that and fixed the issue under warranty - no questions asked.

Its so hard to find good contractors in Miami and these people are not the exception. Weve had our gutters for about a year now. We werent thrilled about the workers installing them. They left the jobsite and didnt even tell us about what they did, maintenance (hello! Opportunity to sell?) and left stuff all over our back yard. The gutters, in fact, created another problem: water that sits in a place (think mosquitos in the hot miami weather). Bottom line, dont waste your money or time.

I didn’t know I could actually love rain gutters! I highly recommend Rain Gutters Solution! I knew nothing about gutters, only that I needed to divert rain water away from my home. This company was recommended to me. They are professional and fabulous! Jesus arrived on-time as promised to measure and provide a fair quote on the spot. Installation was scheduled within a week (also on-time, as promised). Jesus also came back to extend one of my down-drains free-of-charge. I used Rain Gutters Solution to install my gutters a year an a half ago. I had to contact Jesus Pulido this year as I thought my gutters probably were having a problem and maybe they needed maintenance. It took a couple of calls and texts but it was worth the wait. He has been in contact constantly with my husband, and explained thoroughly all of our doubts and questions. He also, was honest and told us at this point my gutters are still clean and no need for the yearly maintenance, he said any more questions or concerns we could contact him anytime. Excellent work, and honest people (sadly hard to find now a days in Miami).

Great work completed by the team, professional, thorough and fast. We had our whole house fitted with gutters including the pergola in the back garden. Other companies wouldnt quote for the pergola gutters, but this company did and we are very happy with everything.

Rain Gutter Solutions did a GREAT job. They were very responsive and even came back and made adjustments in the gutter design to make sure all my concerns were addressed. They showed up at the scheduled date and time, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them, the service they provide is hard to find, it was A+.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE -This company came out to give me a estimate on a new gutter system and STOLE MY DOG from my property. When I called to state my dog had gone missing they adamantly told me that they would never do such a thing. When I advised both Diane and Kathy that my dog had been chipped my husband placed a separate phone call to Kathy. Just then my dog miraculously had appeared in their car (a time frame of 60 minutes that my dog was gone). What a disgrace, DO NOT TRUST this company!Only to add extra emphasis, when my dog was returned, they had the audacity to ask where they could buy a similar dog.

This is a delayed update*My initial experience wasnt very good due to inability to get calls returned and length of time it took for the service to be completed.Jesus (owner) did eventually correct the problem and was very kind and apologetic. Hes a very nice man with good intentions, just had too much work and not enough help.

2 weeks to get an estimate after being recommended. Left owner a detailed message and didnt bother to call. I just needed a rough estimate, I was 99% going to get service with them. But 2 weeks for an estimate is ridiculous.
