We were nervous about making sure our barrel tile roof was cleaned and treated properly (because you can damage it if you get someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing and uses high pressure), and they answered all our questions. Soft-washed roof. Very thourough and careful. They do warn about the surrounding plants and take steps to try to protect them. They also advised me on how to try to counteract the effects of the chemicals in the following days.

They cleaned my metal roof and did an excellent job. They kept me informed on their ETA and then when they arrived they explained what they were going to do. They covered plants to protect them and did not make a mess around the house as they cleaned. They cleaned up the perimeter of my home very well.

Their final product is good ...but getting a response from them was a mission ... multiple messages and no reply. Finally work was done ... killed my plants .. didn’t take measures to protect them or advise me !!

You did a good job on the roof but you left my water running until, I got home at 4:00. If I would have known that my plants around the house were going to get ruined I would have covered them. I have a vegetable garden that killed my tomatos and other veggies. My dessert Rose plants were ruined also. So no Im not happy.

From start to finish these guys did a great job for cleaning the roof of my home. On the same day that I requested an estimate Catalina sent it over. They are the only company that I contacted that provided a professional typed out estimate. It indicates the square footage of your roof, the price and warranty. The price was reasonable. They provide an 18 or 24 month warranty on their service depending on the type of roof. The two cleaners that came were very cordial and professional. They did a great job. They took took pictures of the roof for us and showed us any problems we may need to address to help prevent roof issues especially during the rainy season. We will use them again.

Miami Roof cleaning Services did an awesome job cleaning my roof, the walls of my (entire) home and driveway. My wife was super happy with how everything turned out. House looks like new! The quality of service was excellent and respectful at a great price. One example is before doing any work (particularly on roof) images were taken of any issue that may be present and in my case it was as some tiles that were not secured properly and were sliding down. They put them back and secured them (see images I added) after speaking with me. Once the home was complete it noticeably stood out. See the image of my neighbors roof that was construct at the same time as mine. Just make sure all plants and brought and be prepared for portions of your grass to end up yellowish and dirty red were your gutters split out to. If you dont have gutters then it will be around the home. Ask them how to prepare the home before hand or what to expect due to the cleaning process and they will be more then happy to let you know.

In one day my house went from Ho Hum to *sparkle* My roof (no pressure 18 months warranty), front wood fence (no pressure 33 yrs old), entire house, under the eaves AND all the accordion shutters (they were uck with mold), the WINDOWS WASHED AND DRIED!! a boat house top to bottom, including the windows!, a giant, giant patio including removing the mold/algae from the large screen enclosure front and back porch, my very dirty gas grill!, ALL of the Patio Furniture circa 1972 it’s CLEAN, both A/C units and the surrounding mold. I’m sure I have forgotten a few things but this Service is FANTASTIC!If you have ever had anything pressure cleaned or chemically cleaned similar to this, you know when they leave your work begins. (Especially If it’s your husband), not with Miami Roof Cleaning. When the truck pulls out they leave everything perfect. Not even gunk and sand on the screens! I have always known you should never pressure clean your roof, unless you like replacing it. Here in Miami we grow mold a well as we grow mangoes. A moldy roof is nasty, the chemical Wilson uses is guaranteed to work for 18 months. Trust me you He much more time!You would think you might have to put a second mortgage on your home to pay for this. Absolutely not, he is the MOST reasonable price.
