Luckily, I was referred to Luis by another painter, who was not able to schedule the work on our two story house. I did get two estimates. The estimate from Luis was not only lower, but much more detailed and included more work. We had not chosen the color, so we narrowed it down, and Luis painted large sections of the exterior to help us decide.He cleaned the roof and walls, caulked the windows, made repairs, and then primed and painted with two coats of Sherwin Williams Resilience, the highest grade of their paint.He trimmed, tied back or removed some landscaping for access, cleaned the driveway and walkway to the house, repaired cracks there, primed the area and painted it with two coats of epoxy. The house, driveway and walkway look like new. Happily, they showed up when promised, and did meticulous work.Did I mention lucky and happy? I highly recommend this company.

Luis and his team did an amazing job pressure washing and cleaning our roof in Coral Gables. It was a challenging job because it is an older roof with barrel tiles that need to be treated delicately and we had a large amount of debris from an overhanging tree. They did great work for a very fair price and I will be recommending Pro Painting & Sons to friends and acquaintances in the Coral Gables area going forward. They also cleaned the patios surrounding the house and did very good work replacing the furniture so it looks absolutely perfect. To top it off they pressure washed the driveway and now it looks brand new!
