When looking for a Roofing company to repair our company roof, we requested bids from different businesses, but Perkins Roofing stood out. Their estimate offered more for the cost compared to other roofing companies. Everyone from the president to the office personnel, to the project manager to the roofers were always professional, helpful, and patient throughout the process. We had questions and they always had answers. Marie from the office is the one I dealt the most with and she was delightful, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. We are very happy with the amazing job they did, and we highly recommend them.

I called Perkins after getting two other quotes. I go by my instincts and I really liked Tims professionalism and the time he spent checking my roof and discussing my options. The first two companies, including the one that installed my roof 15 yrs ago, did not even go up on the roof! Tim gave me a quote right away and they sent someone out within a week of when I was ready to go. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely, and Tim came out to make sure everything was progressing as it should. Thanks for the nice work. It has been raining a lot and no leaks!

I have been very pleased with the speedy process of Perkins Roofing how they completed my roof within a short period of time before all this rain. Tim (VP) was my first point of contact to do inspection. The entire team has been very professional. Lift my hats to the entire team. Sawyer he made sure not even a nail or any debris was left behind.

We initially called Perkins to re-roof a deck structure. They suggested that we not re-roof it but that we use a sealant product (GAF) and seal the entire structure. They told us that there would be a 5 year warranty. After spending over $8000 to seal the structure and another $3000 to paint the structure, we were quite happy- that is UNTIL we started seeing cracks in the structure. We called Perkins and a lovely lady told us dont worry this is under warranty, we will make this right- that was until Jeremy called me almost a month later to tell me no warranty and any fix will have to be done by GAF. GAF says unless sealant is defective they wont cover it. I no longer trust Perkins. I believe that had the structure been properly patched, before sealant was used, it would be fine. Perkins did a sloppy patching job and that is exactly where the cracks are appearing! So much for the 5 year warranty. Dont trust this company!

I contacted Perkins Roofing for a roof inspection to identify a leak I had in my house. This was the third company I contacted about this leak and this was the only company that was able to figure out exactly where the entry point was and able to fix the issue. Their customer service was excellent from the moment I first called and their communication was seamless the entire time. They answered all my questions and were truly just genuinely nice and understanding of my concerns, which is something I did not find with other companies.

Used Perkins Roofing for a metal roof replacement and could not be happier. Marco was responsive and had good communication throughout the process. Our biggest concern was having a roof installed quickly and each day that they told us they would be working on the house, they showed up (not a usual thing when dealing with South Florida contractors.) Around 5 years ago I used Perkins Roofing for a tricky leak repair for my home in Pembroke Pines. Other companies I contacted couldn’t seem to find the issue, however; Perkins was able to pinpoint the leak and fix it promptly. I was so impressed by the reviews that I called to set up time for an estimate on a re-roof. First time I called a receptionist answers, she told me the sales manager was not in but she would forward my information so he would call back. He never did. Three days later I contacted them again via their web site, filled out a form requesting an estimate on the roof. I never heard back. I called a THIRD time, spoke with someone named Marcos who told me he was the sales manager, took my information down, told me he would send a quote (he didnt want to make a trip to my house I guess, not even for a 55k to 65k job) by 10.30am same day. He never did and I never heard back. Clearly the company doesnt need new business - so I will take my money else where.

Perkins Roofing repaired a small leak in my roof, approximately 6 feet by 6 feet. They did a great job and I am very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Perkins Roofing. Before I contracted the job with Perkins Roofing, I got another quote from a “reputable roofer”. The “reputable roofer” came out to look at the small leak. They told me that the best thing was just to replace the entire roof since in addition to the small leak there were loose nails and missing shingles throughout the entire roof. I told them that at this time I was only interested in repairing the leak. They said that they would do whatever I wanted . The quote that I received from them via e-mail was to replace the entire roof. They never sent me a quote to only fix the leak. Yet, their website says that they repair leaks.Then I found Perkins Roofing. They have been in business for 40 years. Everyone at Perkins Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Perkins Roofing not only fixed the small leak in the roof but they also replaced missing shingles and nails where needed. My roof is now good to go for another 5 – 6 years.

As we encountered our first experience with Perkins Roofing I have to say it was absolutely first class. My mothers place a had a leak we had tried three times to get repaired to no avail. I called Perkins on Monday. Rolando gave me an estimate on Tuesday and by Wednesday it was fixed. He was constantly in touch with pictures and texts and made me feel like everything was under control, which was especially helpful since I was not on site. Perkins was as good as could be, and I look forward to working with them again.

We interviewed a few roofing companies... Bottom line, Perkins was selected because of honesty and pricing. I received a quote for roof repair and new roof. It wasnt just that the pricing was better, but it was the value that I was receiving. I was receiving so much more with the quote that I receive from this company, that wasnt included from the others that provided an estimate. I am so grateful to have found this roofing company. Professional, courteous, and extremely helpful from beginning of the project to the end. Rolando is very patient. I had to plan the roof job from afar. He always made himself available for calls and returned each email in a prompt and professional manner. Most of the termite damage was from years ago but there was one small colony of active termites found. Sometime after the area was treated and the roof areas were reinspected, no live termite activity was detected. Then a start date was set.The workers were courteous and left the property better than when they had found it. I had Perkins fix a section of my roof over a porch which was rotted out. They did a great job. Showed up on time every day. At the end of each day, the worksite was spotless. Dealing with all of them was always pleasant. I highly recommend Perkins Roofing.

I do not recommend! Issue was not fixed. I spoke to the sales person and specifically ask numerous times if we needed to redo the entire flat roof or fixing the issue is suffice. He said fixing it should work and we will have a one year warranty. Well, it didnt work and he never came back to revisit the issue. Each time I would try to schdeule something, there was an excuse. What is funny is that orginally when we contacted him he made an effort to come out as quickly as possible. I do not recommend and think theres better service out there. Im not sure how they have 4.9 stars.Poor quality! Poor customer service!That response really sounds good especially when prior to your company completing the job I asked over and over again if fixing the problem would be suffice or should we just redo that whole portion. I was told by Marco that fixing it should be suffice. I will not sit here and allow you to discredit my review when I asked questions and expected the job to be done correctly.I am not that type of person to take the cheap way out. I asked you the professional on rather it would be best to reroof or fix that section.Correction: Only one quote was provided and the other quote was provided when I called and emailed Marco a couple of months after about revisiting the property because the issue was not fixed. I have the email to prove it.Its funny how now the roof is old and the condition is apparently bad when that was not part of our original conversation.Anyways, enough said! This is one of the companies that made me feel the most comfortable. After getting a few quotes from three other companies, this one gave me the most bang for my buck. They expressed that I really only needed to patch up my roof and not get a whole new one. While the other companies were telling me that I really needed to get my whole roof done and were going to up charge me 15% more! They physically came out and gave me a free estimate when others just looked up Google Earth for square footage. Marco came to inspect my roof to find where a leak was coming in from. he was able to find the area that was compromised and gave me a proposal to repair that area. I had a leak inside my house and called a number of roofing companies to come and take a look. I got a lot of different suggestions and cross-sells (e.g., replace roof, pressure wash). I had dealt with Rolando from Perkins a few years back when he saved me money by identifying a small crack on my roof. Called him again and he came and found and fixed the leak. They may not be the cheapest, but with the roof, you dont want to mess around trying to save a buck -- they did an excellent job, in a timely fashion and cleaned everything up. I told Rolando I hope I never have to see him again, but if I ever need a roof repair, will certainly call these guys back up.

What’s worse is having to find a roofing company that can service you quickly and professionally. Thankfully, Perkins Roofing Corporation eased that frustration. They provided my family with impeccable service. They were highly professional, yet personable, returned calls promptly, were on time the day of service, and are reasonably priced. I scheduled a date with them for service to patch the leaks on my roof, and although the date was agreed upon, the team had to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict. I was notified four days prior to my scheduled service date, which of course, impressed me as some services would notify residents the day of expected service. Overall, their price was in line with what appeared to be the average rate for the type of job required. Their references were good and after some thorough internet searching, I could find only positive comments about their services and company as a whole. Additionally, local building inspectors knew them as a reliable company.Our project manager, Marco Castillo provided our quote and was very professional during his initial visit and throughout the entire project. Since we were within a year from the last major hurricane in Florida, tile inventory (for most roofing contractors) was at a low. However, Marco, kept us informed at every stage of the project and properly projected (to the week), when our tile would be available and the project would be completed.Throughout the project, every day I returned from work, I was pleasantly surprised to see the area meticulously cleaned and our driveway clear. We never had any issues with the Miami Beach building inspections. I am extremely detailed oriented person and as the project ended, I pointed out a couple minor cleanup tasks (ie. paint touch-ups here and there, etc.) and they were on it. It is very rare these days to come across a company that always takes the position.... the client is always right, well Perkins is that company. Always professional, always reachable, especially Marco Castillo, my representative. Never did I worry if something was wrong, or I wasnt 100% satisfied, that it wouldnt be corrected. Seriously, I wasnt aware this kind of customer service still existed.

After months of searching and being wait-listed by several companies I found Perkins Roofing by pure chance while waiting at a traffic light. Deeming it as a sign I called the company and braced myself for the inevitable “we’re booked” and unreturned phone calls. Instead I was pleasantly surprised when the owner himself answered the phone and scheduled the consultation appointment. Within a couple of days my roofed was assessed and a contract was drawn up. Based on previous quotes I expected to pay a small fortune but I was stunned to learn that Perkins Roofing did not exploit the fact that working in south Florida gave them free will to charge exorbitant fees; instead I was quoted a beyond fair price. Our project manager Rolando communicated throughout the process and his crew was friendly and professional. The job was completed in the projected time frame, even after we discovered that the roof was more damaged than originally assessed. They made sure to clean any mess they made and promptly provided before and after documentation once the job was completed. I highly recommend Perkins Roofing and will use them again for any future roofing needs!

We recently used Perkins Roofing to fix 5 leaks after a particularly poor reroofing job had been done on our house. The Perkins people were very nice, professional, and did the job as promised within two days. After several heavy rains, we have no leaks--if we do, Perkins promised to come back.

They scheduled my appointment to come see my roof and give me an estimate 3 times. each time i had to take time off from work and stay home only for them not to show up and when i call they tell me they didnt have the appointment on their books, rescheduled it again and didnt show up again. 3 times in 1 week. save yourself the time and trouble there are a lot of contractors in the area there is no need to lose your productive time waiting for an unorganized company.

Ive used Perkins Roofing for my own home and my rental properties for almost 20 years. When a roofer is in business for that many years, they have to be good because the mediocre roofers go out of business in a short time. They do an excellant job for a reasonable price.Another word that can be susbtituted for Perkins Roofing isHonest Roofing. They only fix what needs to be fixed. I once had what I thought was a roof leak that was causing water staining on myceiling. Dean came out, went in the attic and came back down a few minutes later and told me my roof was fine but my a/c duct was missing some insulation that was causing it to sweat and drip on my ceiling. When I offered to pay him for his time and trip to my house, he refused saying he couldnt charge me because he didnt fix anything. How honest is that!I am also aware that Perkins Roofing also installs and repairs roofs on large commercial condominiums, industrial buildings,and government facilities. As I mentioned before, you have to be a credible company to do government work and Perkins does it.In summation, an experienced roofing company that does quality work, warranties its work, all for a reasonable price. The only roofing company I call when I need a new roof or a roof leak repaired.
