I contacted this company while I was looking for an estimate for my house’ front fence. I met the owner mr. Vento and since day one he was on top of the business. I recommend this company 100% because not only they will always answer you every time you call them with questions, they also do the job better than what I was expecting. We had remodeled my complete house and was down to installing gutters as one of my last projects. As I usually do, I get at least 3-5 estimates on any work done at my house as most people know, in S. Fla. there are too many unreliable companies. I also prefer to work with local companies. I chose Vento because of their quick responsiveness followed up by prompt replies, and very competitive price. Once the work was done, which was excellent, my wife and I decided that even though we had approved the drawings, there was one section of gutter that cosmetically did not look appealing. Leidy, who is the owner and was the person that we dealt with from the beginning came out, suggested some changes we liked, and the end result was excellent, also she did not charge us anything for the revision.

Hired Vento to install rain gutters . From the moment they came to do the estimate it was quick and simple. They gave me the estimate while at my home via text message and it was by far the best price from other companies . The actual work was scheduled quickly when I was ready to do the work. We had rain gutters installed for the entire house. I got estimates from 3 companies and Vento was the cheapest. I am very happy with the quality and the responsiveness. Came out to give me an estimate on Sept. 11th. Did not measure the area. Took a photo and told me they would look at the size needed aerially and send me the estimate. After a few days of not receiving the estimate, I followed up by text (Sept. 14th) letting them know I was still waiting for the estimate. To date (Sept. 25th), Vento Rain Gutters still has not sent the estimate. Obviously they are not interested since it is a small project. Ive had a few other companies come out and they have taken the time to measure and give me a formal written estimate on the spot. Waiting for 1 more estimate to get started on the project.

I thought I was going to get great price and service. However, my experience ended with a poorly installed gutter that would retain 90% of the water when it rained, which was worse than my old gutter. When I called to mention that the newly installed gutter was retaining a lot of water, they first avoided my calls and texts, until the installer finally came to my house. With a very rude tone, he explained that I didn’t understand how gutters worked and that I needed a gutter on the second floor to fix the poorly installed gutter downstairs. The worst logic I’ve ever heard with a person that simply refused to admit that he installed the gutter incorrectly with a subpar pitch. They refused to help fix my gutter in the most rude fashion possible and I had to fix the gutter myself. Do not use Vento Gutters.

I set up estimate for 12:30pm on Saturday, I receive a call at 9:30am from estimator if she can come now because she is 15 minutes away, I agree and when she arrives she does not want to do estimate because another company is doing an estimate.I ask her to wait as the other company is almost done to which she agrees and then in 5 minutes I get a text that she is leaving because she has other customers waiting. The other company finishes 8 minutes after she arrives so I call her to ask her why she left and she proceeds to lecture me that it is not right to have to companys doing an estimate at the same time.After I remind her that she was the one who changed her appointment time I ask her if she will come at 12:30pm yo which she says yes.12:18pm, new text from her that she will not make her appointment time at 12:30pm, never showed up, did not return my call to reschedule to come at a later time or date.Long story short.....Vento has poor customer service as was my experience just trying to get an estimate from them.I would not recomend this company!!!RESPONDO A EL COMIENTARIO DE VENTO ABAJOTambien son mentirosos, yo cite a Vento a las 12:30 pm y Vento pidio venir a las 9:30am por que estaban en la aria como esplique muy claro previamente. When at 9:40am a rain gutter truck showed up, I thought it was Vento when in fact it was the 9am appointment showing up late. When Vento arrived, there was only one company there and he was finishing with the estimate which he finished in less than 10 minutes. Vento could not wait for less than 10 minutes to proceed with giving me an estimate.I am sure it has taken them much longer to respond to this factual, accurate review I have placed here. I am glad Vento left, because I have beautiful gutters on my house which were done buy a very customer service oriented company. I give companies excellent reviews when they are earned. I repeat to any potential consumer....shop around, and remember you are spending the money, you deserve respect, good service and appreciation for selecting a company to do a job for you. They are not doing you any favors!!!!
