The leaf guards were an extra upgrade charge, but I think they were worth it.The process was simple and straight forward. After I accepted the quote,Master Pro Rain Gutters was able to accommodate my installation a week after. The day of the installation, Miguel came at 8 AM. He was very professional and respectful. This review is based on customer service only, not on product quality. I contacted them over Facebook and scheduled an appointment for a quote. The person that came was excellent, very knowledgeable and the pricing was good. I called them once again to set up and appointment, I was told they would be here at 9 AM. On the day of the appointment I got a call early in the AM from the person who gave me the quote asking me for the color I wanted and told me the crew would be at my house in 30 mins. Fast forward 2 hours (11:00) and no one had showed up, I called the guy an he said the crew would be at my house soon. Fast forward another 2.5 hours (1:30)and I was still waiting. I sent a text saying that I didnt want the services anymore and I got a call from the owner starting that his crew would be at my door in 30 min. Fast forward another 1.5 hours and nothing so I sent another text stating that I didnt want their services. The owner called and stated that his crew would be in my house in 5 mins but it was too late already.

I hired this company today to repair and replace a 2nd story downspout. It was hard to find a company with a license that spoke English who wanted to take a small job in my area. I choose this contractor based on his positive reviews and he was competitively priced. Both Mario and the female office manager were very professional with their return calls and communication when they had to reschedule. They did show up on time after having to reschedule. The workers, Sebastian and Rody, were polite and professional when they completed the job. They did the few extra things I asked them to do, which made me happy. I would recommend them and would use them in the future to install new gutters when it is time. Thank you.
