Service was Impressive. Osmany was great, I called on Friday and made an appt. On Monday he stopped by and gave me an estimate. Tuesday the installers came over and did a beautiful job, white gutters on the edge of my new metal roof. No waiting around due to Covid, Fair Price, Pleasant, Professional and Reliable. A ++++ ! They just installed all new gutters on my house which came out great. Guys work hard and are detailed in their work. I pointed out one small thing I wanted done differently and they quickly addressed it for me. Left no mess, caulked all joints, secured all downspouts, and new gutters look incredible all for a great price. I highly recommended.

Green Solution Rain Gutters did an absolute spotless job when installing rain gutters around my house. From the time I called them to get a quote to the time they came out to do the job, it was less than a week! The prices are great, considering how competitive the rain gutter industry is. After completing the work in less than 4 hours, you couldnt even tell they were here. They left no mess. I needed to replace my gutters and read about seamless gutters. After calling a couple of companies, the only person to respond was Osmany from Green Solutuons. That was the first plus. We scheduled the appt. and not only was he prompt, he called ahead to confirm. That’s the second plus. He came to my home, I indicated all the gutters that needed replacement plus additional areas where I wanted some installed after which he sat down and explained how seamless gutters work and how lasting they are compared to regular run of the mill ones. Third plus.He provided a quote within 24 hours, one that I saw very reasonable, scheduled the installation which was prompt on time, and did a terrific and fast job, leaving all the surroundings clean and tidy. I am very pleased with Osmany’s customer service and product and have had no qualms about recommending him to others. I plan on adding gutters to my atrium and I will certainly use Green Solution again.

After having a bad experience with a competitor, I contacted Green Solution Run Gutters to do the gutters at my house. The owner answered me directly and gave me a hell of a price. We discussed color options, date and time to do the job. They showed up to my house on time, unlike the other company I had previously hired that showed up 6 hours late. The owner also showed up, introduced himself and introduced me to the crew that would be doing the work. I must say, these people are professionals. I would recommend them 💯 percent.

Avoid doing business with this company!I had this company come to my house and give me an estimate to replace approximately 110 feet of old gutters. They prepared a written estimate for $650 for the gutter replacement and $900 to clean the remaining gutters around my house. An appointment was set up for the following Thursday at 8:30 AM.I called Green Solution at 7:30 Thursday morning to confirm that they were coming. I was assured it was confirmed. I also informed them that I had elected to only proceed with the gutter replacement at this time. I was passing on the gutter cleaning. ( i actually already had my gutters cleaned for only $250 the week prior by another professional). The owner was attempting to convince me that by not cleaning the other gutters around my house that it would somehow adversely affect replacing the 110 foot section. It was obvious that he was only interested in the upsale and not at delivering a quality contracted job to replace my gutters.After verbally confirming the appointment and redefining the scope of the work to be performed, he stood me up. Neither he nor his crew called nor showed at my house.My suggestion is to avoid doing business with this company. They are obviously only interested in bait and switch tactics and when called on it, they refuse to honor their estimate.

Back in mid-February 2018, I reached out to Green Solutions for an estimate on adding gutters to the front of my Miami townhouse. Osmany was quick to come by and provide the estimate. They completed the job on a Saturday and did a great job! Their crew lead (Mario I think) was very efficient and helpful. Then in June 13, 14, & 27, I called again repeatedly to request an estimate for some work in the rear of my townhouse. I left several messages and spoke with a lady a couple of times who told me that I would receive a call back, but I never received one. I am very disappointed as I really liked these guys. I dont know what is going on? So, for now I am only giving a rating of 3-Stars...but, will not be talking it up positive to the neighbors any longer.

Terrible customer service and installation. Does not honor their worthless warranty. Rain POURS between gutter and house. The screws to hold the gutter to the house totally missed the wood and there is a huge gap between the gutters and the house. Save your money and frustration. Unlicensed unprofessional owner.I will now add the word L-I-A-R to the description. I requested that they be repaired, he offered and promised to replace the gutters after three years of calling and being told they would fix. They attempted to repair several times but each time they still leaked - actually POURED water!!! Osmany sent me a text stating he would replace gutters at no cost to me due to poor installation.My first call was within days of the original installation to request repairs, my last call was a week before I had the house painted in Oct 2018. Osmany came out in October and said the installation was done wrong and he would replace the entire gutters. Within hours of leaving he called me and insisted that I remove the negative review on Yelp. I stated once my gutters were working properly I would remove it. I told him he had control of how long the review would be up. The sooner he fixes the problem, the sooner I would remove the negative review. Days later, he added his response to the Yelp review blaming the painter (and NO the painter didn’t swing or hang from them) and emphasizing it was 3 years later - he gave me a 5 year warranty!!!Look at the photos: the house was yellow when installed, the house is white now!! HIS 5 year warranty is a JOKE!!!

Excellent company experience. Requested quote and within 1 hour Osmany the owner, and an assistant measured the guttering area I was looking at and provided a written quote. Installation was scheduled for2 working days later.They turned up in time after a call letting us know they were 30 minutes away. Osmany and two assistants reconfirmed measurements, created the guttering (continuous feed machine in the vehicle) installed guttering and downspout, sealed joints, painted joints and cleaned up in less than two hours.Professional. 4.5 stars.I contacted Green Solution Rain Gutters after the recent tornadoish storms pulled a piece of my rain gutter away (loosened). I wanted it repaired before another storm hit. I called and he said hed come by to check and do an estimate. It took a few phone calls and emails (he forgot about coming by). But it was worth to keep calling, because he came by at the appointed time the third time we made an appointment and he promptly fixed the gutter. He explained that the gutters should be cleaned by June, so I know to call. Osmany is pleasant in person.So, I do recommend this company and suggest you just stay on top of contacting him. I assume he gets very busy and travels all over the county doing work. Patience is sometimes a good thing. The previous reviewer about missed appointments is right. Still, I would definitely call him again should the gutters need work.If youre bothered about having to stay on top of calls/emails/texts for service, then you may get frustrated. I recommend you just do that--stay on top of it.
