Staff is has poor costumer serviceThey act like they dont care i seen many drivers get upset with the poor costumer service they provide lines are long not becuase they busy but because the way they organize is ineffective and its easy to see some warehouse staff dont have skill to use forklift properlyI will avoid as much as i can to come here again

Rip off. I prepaid shipping from Miami Florida to Madrid Spain, door to door. Then I was charged before clearing customs on arrival almost the same amount of the shippping for expenses like Euros 75 for forms and many other non sense items such as Euros 48 handling and Euros 96 for loading . Never again Wont recommend

I need this place to import goods, possibly I have been doing business with them for 20 years, I have always had a friendly and fast treatment and what I like the most is that although we have known each other for years, they always follow the PROTOCOL

It is not the first time that I come to this Company, the delay is immense, it closes at 11:50 am and they will open at 1:10 pm. Today, for example, I arrived at 11:06 am, the papers attended me: 12:35 pm and I had to wait until 1:00 for them to reopen.The drivers of the Fort are read conversing at the doors, without any professionalism. It is a place that leaves a lot to be desired.The drivers enter the office and receive the papers, and to top it off the line.They have to reengineer and make profound changes to customer service. Much friend, fatal factor in this type of work

They must be more agile in collecting charges. Not so in delivery.
