This have been the worst experience I have ever had doing business anywhere. I used their door-to-door to ship 4 barrels to Jamaica. Everything was great at first, my pickup delivery driver was awesome. Very very mannerable and respectful. But it all went down hill after my shipment reached Jamaica, after my my barrels were delivered goods were missing from all 4 barrels. For example, I have a brother in a nursing home he specifically asked me for essential items like undershirts and underpants. So imagine I spend over US$3000 packing for barrels with food clothing and essential goods. Then paid another US$1430 for my door to door service and all the undershirts that was supposed to go to my disabled brother is missing with other items such as food beauty supplies etc. when I called the Miami office to address my concerns I was given a phone number with the owners name to address my concerns with on Monday since itβs the weekend and the offices are closed. But instead I receive a call back from a male who said he is the owner. as I was starting to Put address my concerns he cut me off to tell me I was taking too long to make my point. Then as I was starting to let him know some of my goods were missingHe became very arrogant and rude cursing and yelling and acted like he wanted to hang up the phone in my ear. He refused to hear me out, said he wasnβt trying to hear what I was saying because I was accusing him of stealing which I wasnβt. I was only trying to find out how the process works as far as customs and how goods be delivered. But he continued on renting and cursing. I spend thousands of dollars trying to make my family happy this Christmas and instead it was the worst experience of my life. I would never ever I repeat never ever do business with this so-called company ever again in the future. I will only spend My hard-working money with people who shows respect.
Customer experience pertains to how the client feels and is treated once they enter the premises or request serve by phone and internet, based on the employees βbeing on stageβ. I have purchased items twice at the Lauderhill location and the experience was just horrible. Employees are seen sitting around having their own conversations, giving no recognition and appreciation to the client that just arrived. While receiving service itβs unprofessional, crude and rude. Much training is needed, as I am sure the employees would feel better about delivering a good experience if they had the appropriate skills to leave a βlasting memoryβ for each client.
Each time you call someone hangs up on you while you can hear their background before the call ends very disrespectful they donβt need any customers!
Good reliable service
The customer service by the men were okay but you see the two B I G BUMBOHOLE ladies that wear glasses (one older and one who look bout in her 30s)....they are unprofessional, rude, and disgusting. Sooooo many people stated they were not coming back due to the attitude of the two ladies. Just disgusting as if we begging them things. The customer service from those two ladies alone discourage me from coming back to IFC. As long as I have lived, I have never witnessed such careless, disrespectful, obnoxious, discourteous behavior. One star is a bit too much for ill mannered customer service representatives who feel that they can speak and deal with people any way they choose. Those ladies will run the business down to the ground.
Their customer service is the worst, first they messed up on the name that is going to send and receive the barrel, secondly they mess up on the phone number to call to pick up the barrel, third they told me itβs one flat rate price when the guys arrived to pick up the barrel the price was doubled, fourthly because they messed up the phone number the guys for pick up was late because they couldnβt get through to me .Now after waiting for one hour after my pick up time I called and they claim they will fixed the problem, the barrel arrived in Jamaica with the same wrong information .. just to back up a minute the manager hung up his phone on me because I expressed how unhappy I am with his service, he is a bully to his workers, I heard he called the driver and told him to leave her house now, in a ignorant tone, he is very nasty and very unprofessional, this company deserve to be shut down completely until they can have respectable and professional people running a Buisness like this . BBA please investigate this company.

If there was negative stars they would get a -5...I called them around 10 am and they told me the driver would call me, I called back around 12pm and they told me the same thing so Im sitting at home waiting for them to call and tell me they are going to pick up. I valued back close to 3 and they told me the same thing, now at this time Im pissed because they didnt even have the decency to tell me if they couldnt make it that same day but kept giving me the run around and saying their driving would call...the absolute worst customer service,let this be a last resort if you have to ship please find another shipping company
