I know that Delta airline subs the cargo handling to a third party but the meer fact that they allow these hooligans to manage the process make them liable.. The absolute worst experience I have had in a long time and in Miami that take alot to say
Avoid like the plague. First off I had to wait 5 minutes for the guy with the earbuds in to even recognize my existence. After exchanging words and what I can only assume were words in broken English, not to mention a few side glances, he informed me that the guy responsible for processing the dash packages was on lunch and would not be available for 20 minutes. I pressed him, I dont have 20 minutes. He said it might actually be 30 minutes? What kind of service is this?!? For an industry so wrecked by covid-19 you would think that the basic levels of customer service would be a prerequisite for hire. Apparently not. There is good reason why FedEx is eating their lunch. Avoid avoid avoid
This place has a horrible customer service, the guys let you wait for so long and they prefer talking about their lifes with other employees than provide a good service for Delta customers! Not recommended...
