Very pessimistic experience I know that many clients have happened to us with this company with the famous surprise charges at the time of shipments, Maria Jose very kindly provided us with the shipping cost for a 40 container to Honduras but then when requesting it, it happened the ball with the most ordinary and ill-mannered guy named Gustavo who claims to be in charge of the rates and began with a fairy tale inventing price rises and increases and worst of all is that at the time of formalizing the claim he hung up on us I phone very badly politely ....I understand that this company has plenty of customers and for that reason they do not mind lying to them and insulting them in that way, throwing the phone at them, cutting off the calls ......But we will go to the CEO of this company to ask for an explanation before reporting them to the consumer section of the State of Florida so that they learn to be serious.I motivate any other affected client to report them also so that they do not continue to play with the dignity of honest and hardworking people who only seek collaboration for a service ...Not free but Fair ....
