ZERO STARS- As a former employee it is shameful that in this and age a company would have such poor work ethics and low morale for their employees. I informed upper management about my supervisor Luis Janiero advising that his behavior towards me was unprofessional and unethical. As per the employee handbook I approached the matter by following all the proper protocols. He would yell and treat the employees as if they were animals (even animals should not be treated in that manner) name calling, insults, degrading slurs etc.. even saying how there were no witness to attest to his misbehavior. Upper management never proceeded with the corrective measures to resolve the matter to write him up/issue warnings or reprimand him. DSV should be embarrassed by his behavior not only to their employees but to their clients as well. His constant errors in processing orders has to be a HUGE RED FLAG for the Company but since he is friends with upper management and they go out on the boat and exchange gifts - nothing was ever done. This company is a fraud in its entirety!!!!!!!
