I have used their services a bunch of times and they are reliable. Customer services is not very good, so if you need to ask prices o track your package by phone they probably are going to give a wrong answer or not answer but besides that they are responsable and on time.

BAD EXPERIENCE IN SERVICE!!!, they offered a pick up service at our address, but we have been awaiting more than 3 weeks, several calls from here and Venezuela too, they said we will pick your box soon, still awaiting for pick up. (thumb down).

My initial opinion was good when I visited them. Their service when one passes by their headquarters is good, efficient and courteous.But if you need to pick up the cargo at home, it becomes a nightmare. They promise and they dont deliver. They leave you waiting and dont even bother to warn you that they dont have the slightest intention of passing.In addition, when it comes to clients who are in Venezuela, they do not care to assure them that if they called the one they should have visited, even when it has not been so.There are areas in Miami that consider far away to visit to pick up cargo. However, they do not say it when it comes to scheduling the visit by phone. Consequently, they dont go and leave you leading.To recap, when you deliver the cargo in person to their location, everything will be fine. But they need to improve their home freight search service a lot for it to be worth considering as a valid option. At least in my recent experience, they failed me 3 times in the same week.
