David and his team went the extra mile for me. I had found a great condo to purchase and mold was discovered during the inspection. I called David and he came out to discover the project was not as large as I thought. So I went back under contract with a reduced price and David came in and did his magic and hard work and retested. All clean and great now! I can’t say enough good things about this company. When my water heater burst and flooded our house I was overwhelmed trying to find a good business in Miami that doesn’t just try to rip you off and do as little work as possible. Thankfully I got in touch with david the owner and that same evening he had two of his guys at my house within hours. They worked from probably 7pm until midnight removing our ceiling and setting up fans around the house. David continued to follow up with us every day or so making sure the fans they left were all good and would come in to check the moisture levels. This company makes you feel like your job matters if that makes sense. The workers are extremely professional and truly kind people. They work extremely efficiently and quickly. And even tho they work quick they don’t cut corners on quality. After they cleaned my AC unit and all my vents they even went as far as to vacuum what seems like my whole house. They even vacuumed my stairs even tho they just used it to walk up and down and no actual work took place there. This review might sound over the top but doing business with these people was legitimately that good and really eased the stress of an already overwhelming situation. You won’t find anything better. FANTASTIC COMPANY. Came to my house, viewed the damage from the fire and gave me a price that included tear down, clean-up, repair and replacement. We had a late night pipe break in our house which caused major water damage to our entire home. When I had a flood in my house caused by a pipe that broke, my adjuster sent a restoration company to do a dry out. They set up fans in my home for about 5 days. However, about a week after they left, I started smelling a funny odor in my home and I called Aquadry+ based on a recommendation from a friend. The first thing they told me to do was to get a test done and I called Precise Home Inspection. Sure enough, the tests performed showed many types of bacteria and mold were still in my house. This company created a report detailing what needed to be done. Aquadry+ had to remove drywall, and most of the kitchen cabinets. They created a tent around my kitchen and brought in fans and other equipment. They did not stop until everything had been thoroughly checked out. They kept removing drywall until it was clear, they checked the roof, they checked the ac unit and found that the mold had entered, so they had an ac company come and completely clean the condenser. Aquadry+ cleaned all the ac ducts and vents throughout the whole house. They also treated other rooms where they found mold. I had Precise Home Inspection re-test after their work was completed and everything came out clear! I strongly recommend AquaDry + - I felt that I could trust them to do the job the right way - especially when the first company that was brought in by the adjuster was so totally incompetent!

I had hired Miami Mold Specialists a few months earlier to remediate mold from my home with disastrous results. $3800 and MMS did not remove any mold from my home?!? Where Miami Mold Specialists were done in 4 hours, Aqua Dry Plus needed 10 days to remediate my home properly. Trust me, 10 days is about right.-Quarantine 1 day-Mold removal 2 days (20 bags of debris!)-Dehumidifiers 2 days-HEPA filtration 3 days-Clean up and rough-in 2 daysPlus, David charged me $800 LESS and did not take final payment until the Third Party mold assessment came back clear. Also, I had found a small area that they had missed, David sent his team over next day to make sure it was taken care of.I cant thank David and his team enough for delivering on their promise of permanently eliminating mold from my home. Beware of the quick fix scammers out there like Miami Mold Specialist. Dont hire anyone that claims they can fix your mold problem in one day.

We called him for mold remediation. He gave us an estimate for the limit of the insurance 5000. But then he billed the insurance for 3000 more for water/dwelling. But he hasnt done that job, we did with another company the repairs for water damage, so that money he took from us.
