Dont even think about hiring him! This company is basically a one man show. Absolutely the worst experience we had during the whole project of all the people we worked with. Manuel Laredo has terrible customer service and is extremely unprofessional. We had issues communicating with him, he would blatantly ignore all our calls, texts, voicemails, etc.... in other words he ghosted us for months. He was UNREACHABLE meanwhile we were getting delayed on all aspects as a result of not having plans for other subcontractors to follow. All in all, he delayed our project over 6 MONTHS and at the end we ended up having to hire another MEP to finalize the plans he was paid for.My advice--->>>>AVOID ROBBERY-->>> Find someone else!!!!!!!
