I recently contacted Miami Engineering and Inspections for a 40yr building inspection requested by Dade county. Ricardo Neyra was the gentleman I spoke to and ultimately came to do the inspection. Even though sometimes we just want a satisfactory report, Ricardo found several electrical issues that needed attention. We corrected them and the report was finally conducted. The desk clerk at the county who I handed the report to, immediately recognized the company and said they were one of the most trusted ones out there. She was right. Thank you Ricardo and Miami Engineering & Inspections as well. Hope this review helps others looking for someone who is trustworthy, honest and accurate.

Honestly this company deserves no stars at all. Ricardo conned my elderly father into believing he was a city of Miami employee who needed to do an inspection on the house due to its age. Ricardo then did lord knows what and charged my father 450 dollars for a 40 to 50 year inspection citing electrical issues. Out of the blue two electricians affiliated with Ricardo give my father a verbal cost repair of 18000 dollars. The following day they return lowering the price to 8000 dollars all the time being my father is afraid he has to relocate for up to two weeks because the city of Miami building department is telling him to do so. You should be ashamed but police involvement will follow. I hope the 450 dollars was worth your so called reputation.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! HE HAS SOLVED EVERY PROBLEM WE HAVE HAD WITH CITY OF MIAMI AND CITY OF FLORIDA CITY. MR. NEYRA PERFORMS INSPECTIONS AND HE TAKES CARE OF BUILDING RECERTIFICATION. HE TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING!

We had a 10 year re-inspection needed. He came out and made his recommendations. Once all the corrections were done, he came out one more time and had my paperwork ready the next day. He was very professional with me and polite. When my next 10 year comes up, I will be calling him.

MR Ricardo Neyra is irresponsible he started a job and then after doing the inspection he did not finish it even after affirming that everything was in order . It is not a professional I do not recomenmend it is not reliable .
