This place is a zoo! I didnt want to give them any star, but if there would have been -0, they certainly qualify. One worker for an array of applicants. Very snooty, I can only help one person at a time! When she finally did come by, she stood there waiting for me. I said, Im here for you to help me. It was like putting a quarter in for her to work. Then, theres nurse Hatchett!Nancy! This lady is the most condescending, rude and disrespectful person that enjoys humiliating the applicants that are there in their mercy.Here comes the cherry on the top. After 4 visits, for unknown reasons, all information had to be reentered to confirm identity, so they said. Well my friends, the last page stopped short and stated, identity couldnt be verified. Verified all previous information done personally. Everything was accurate, yet continued to say same Then, assistant tried an off grid identity search where the last name was misspelled. She exclaimed, well, that never happened before. I dont know what to do?!!!!!!!!!! Proceeded to bring a half sheet of paper with numeros phone numbersand said, YOU are going to have to try calling this number to see if they can fix it. The computer lock out the application for another date, another 2 weeks! I asked, What are we going to live on? And there is was, she laughed. She thought it was funny. Again, I asked, What now? She took license and SSI card, copied, brought them back and said, YOU can email them here to see IF they can edit your information. The computer didnt allow for editing the names, only athe address and phone numbers. How convenient.Stuck in normans land. Unbelievable!

Ive worked with this office many years and it helped get my life on track! Today Im proud to say Im a buisness owner and through them Im helping many of my clients join back the workforce after covid!

They have a good staff to help in theFlorida Unemployment System and also to help find a job according to the profile of each person.

Friendly and helpful staff specially the lady at the front desk. Seems that she has a lot of experience in the area and try to guide you the proper way.

I am disabled and the worker here gave me 1 week! to bring a letter from my doctor.Well, the doctor could only see me 3 weeks later. I brought the letter back to the worker - stating i could not work AT ALL & I explained this to the worker who sanctioned me anyway. My cash assistance AND food stamp case was closed. We are low on food and money and at no fault of my own other than I guess Im guilty of being a disabled person. Now, after several calls, they told me to re apply for benefits. I am contacting the Department of Justice Disability Rights Unit and filing a complaint and I urge anyone in the same situation to do so also. They dont care about you. After they clock out, they go home with a paycheck. Your Unemployment keeps them Employed - remember that!

Very Unorganized. Wasted three hours

I went for help in WIOC department. I did the TABE test. everything was great, until I have to proof selective service. I found my passport from 15 years AGO where my I-551 was stamp. I am a american citizen, Now they are asking me a letter of support with pay stub of one familiar, even though I have savings? tabe test was 9/14/2016 and not yet in this program.

Its great to be there, everybody is so kind and helpful. Great atmosphere !!!!

Terrible service and very slow, front desk staff is very rude and gives horrible attitude would not recommend to anyone, they don’t even try to help they just help themselves do not come to this agency BIG WASTE of time

I was there today I waste 5 hours for nothing!! horrible place, very unprofessional people and mean employees dont know what they are doing sucks place!! Not recommend at all!!!
