I have received excellent dental care for the last five years at Towncare Dental of Pinecrest. The waiting room and dental rooms are clean and comfortable, the appointments timely, and the staff is friendly and professional. I have had three dental hygienists over the years and every one of them went above and beyond to leave my teeth sparkling clean! I also never feel like Im being pushed to have unnecessary procedures performed. I am extremely satisfied with my care there.

My visit was a thoroughly pleasant experience. Dr. Pandey and her entire staff are sincere, caring, thoughtful and friendly as well as being highly professional. Everything was explained to me what was being done step-by-step during the x-ray exam and the dental cleaning afterward. I was totally relaxed the entire time, with no sales pressure for other types of available dental services! That is important to me! And the office is one block from my house! What more can I say? Just A+++ all the way!

I live 1 minute away in the car so the location is great the staff was extremely friendly and the had the safety protocols in place I felt very safe there and then I really enjoyed meeting with my doctor Harold Beddall, I felt like he really wanted to do whats best for me and he had a great personality. the whole staff was fantastic

First off, the last time I visited there was an old man, coughing in the reception, with no mask on and the girl attending the front was none the wiser until I brought it to her attention. I should have taken that as the first sign of their incompetence. Secondly, I was suggested to do a root canal instead of removing my tooth. Even though the root canal was expensive I was told it would save my tooth. NEVER did they mention that it was IMPERATIVE that I get the $1,200 crown done after the root canal or else the root canal would be deemed useless. This also is not the first time I get misinformation from this company. On top of that when I went in for my original appointment to get the tooth that hurt checked out and worked on the dentist wanted to do the cavity on a tooth that wasnt even bothering me because there was a cavity that was close to the tooth that was aching and since I wasnt able to pay to get them both done she couldnt only work on the tooth that was aching. It wasnt until after we had gone back and forth that she agreed to work on the tooth I originally came in for. It was annoying to say the least. They are all very nice people, but that just isnt enough for me to keep coming back and have to second guess and double, triple check everything I am told. Save yourself the time AND MONEY.

I was very pleased with the dentist. He is great but I was disappointed to learn that on my initial visit it was only for X-rays and a consultation. I had to make another appointment for a cleaning. I don’t have a lot of free time to keep making appointments.

You could improve by having more patient empathy and a more polite front desk. I had an appointment scheduled at 10:50AM, I called prior to arriving advising I would be 10 minutes late and if that was fine, the front desk told me “that’s not a problem”, making my way from Miramar as the GPS predicted I arrived at 11AM. The front desk proceeds to tell me I would only be able to be seen by the dental hygienist but not the doctor because I was more than 10 minutes late. I looked at my phone where the time reads 11:02AM, I questioned that why wasn’t I told when I called that the doctor wouldn’t be able to see me and her response was “you said you’d be 10 minutes late not 12” to that I responded “well my apologies it takes me a minute to park and another minute for you to open the door after a rang the bell”. I was very disappointed in the service provided, being that I made my way down from Miramar because I was recommended to specifically the Pincrest office. I will not be returning.

I went to towncare dental of pinecrest for my yearly cleaning, oral exam and xray. They did not complete my cleaning instead rescheduled me for a month later! On top of that, they decided to complete xrays that were not covered by my insurance, I trusted that they would verify my insurance before completing any procedure. If they will not check our insurance to see what is covered why do we even give them this information? Then they send me a bill with an amount and no explanation, I call and they are vague. Then I get another letter stating our personal data may have been compromised. This is very unprofessional, so my personal data and medical records are now compromised and I am being charged for something that should have been checked before hand. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I have been going here for over 10 years now and have never had a bad experience.The staff is beyond nice and personable, always seeing me as more than just a patient but also remembering details about my life and truly making it a home like experience.Knowledgeable staff and clean facility with the main factors above makes this a unbeatable business. I have so far had a terrible experience trying to see a dentist at this office. My appointment was cancelled twice and when I called for an emergency appointment the operator was extremely rude and would not help. I would not recommended this office to anyone who is truly in pain or need of dental services.

Dr. Pandey was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and took her time to explain everything in detail even showing me models so I get the clear picture. I have never had a dentist take so much time with me. I am scared of dentists I never go which explains why my teeth are so messed up. But she really calmed me down. I look forward to getting my mouth fixed. The staff is really nice too.

I normally don’t like coming to the dentist, which is why I put it off for so long which was my mistake. That being said with everything I needed done the office staff is amazing at making you feel comfortable. Everything is explained in simple terms that you can definitely understand. After my Dentist and Dental Hygienist of 15 years retired 5 years ago Ive been a gypsy patient. Ive been to 3 different dentist offices and tried 5 dental hygienist. Only to be disappointed every time.Today my search is finally over. I came to Towncare Dental in Pinecrest definitely not expecting to find my next long term dental office, but I had such an overall amazing experince that Imeven writing this review.I was so nervous considering the pandemic, but I simply couldnt wait anymore. They made me feel so safe. Following strict guidelines and making sure everyone was safe. The staff was very attentive and you could see the smiles through the mask. Staff is sooooo important in a doctors office, and this team was GREAT. Even if you go somewhere and love the doctor, theres no point if you have a girl with an attitude every time you need to check in or out or no one knowes what they are doing . My check in and checkout was effortless, and thats how it should be. The Doctor was so personable, he answered all my questions, made conversation and addressed all my concerns. Its rare these days to still find doctors willing to make a connection with their patients. The tech who took my X-Rays had magic hands, first Dental X-Rays Ive ever taken that didnt hurt, and it was so fast. Finally the cherry on top, the Hygienist was fantastic. Wow! She really got in there, took her time, double checked each tooth and wasnt afraid to go deep. You can tell shes a pro. Finally a REAL cleaning like back in the day.Thanks again guys! My mouth feels great, and Im happy I can finally say I found my New Dentist office.

Dr. Pandey is the best ever!! I haven’t had the best luck with dentists in the past, but after being under the care of Dr. Anita Pandey, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. She’s brilliant, kind, and super down to earth. She always goes out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable during every visit and procedure. In the past year, I had three cavities which were all done by her and her lovely hygienists, they were completely painless. She is very caring and gentle- always! On my first visit with her, I complained about tooth aches that I have had for months, but all my X-rays were normal. She recommended I use a mouth guard while sleeping,. Turns out, I’m a huge teeth grinder at night which was causing my tooth aches. Ever since I’ve worn my night guard, I haven’t had any more pain!I don’t ever write reviews, but Dr.Pandey and everyone at Towncare deserves to be recognized. Everyone at the front desk and all the assistants and hygienists are super sweet and helpful as well! Not to mention, the office is super clean and organized! If you’re worried about going to the dentist because of COVID-19, don’t be! I was blown away by all of the extra measures and precautions they are taking. I felt extremely safe and comfortable, you will too!!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Lewis Beddall since 2011 and followed him to Towncare Dental in 2015. This new location is convenient, very clean and modern, and the staff, including the hygienists who I see every 6 months, are the best. I can recommend Towncare and Dr. Beddall without reservation.

Called in to reschedule my appointment as unfortunately I’m a furloughed employee and can not afford the co-Pay, but the receptionist Josey was very understanding and helped me to reschedule and was very kind. She related to me as her husband is going thru the same thing so very much understands my stress. The whole office has always taken good care of me, but when someone calls and has someone like Josey to handle your calls it’s always very comforting.Thank you!

What a great experience! had to get deep cleaning services done and take care of a cavity and the entire staff was superb. I would actually consider flying in from out of state if I ever moved and needed dental work done.

Please do your research before walking into this money factory. I guarantee you they will lie and reasons to over-bill you. Every single cleaning in this place turns into a $411 cleaning with by insurance I have always had my cleanings done for $50 -$100 dollars. Not here they always find reason for a deep cleaning. Last time I heard the front lady and doctor discussing they should use my end of month coverage left and instantly after they found a cavity. Like I said ... Go and you will see what they do. Incredible how this animals have turned a health profession into a business. Side note I have perfect teeth.

I’ve known Dr. Pandey for many years and her staff is like family. They are the best staff I’ve seen since I’ve moved to Miami in ‘08. They are courteous, friendly and professional. They are accommodating whenever an appointment conflicts with my schedule and helpful with financing whenever necessary. As soon as my kids are old enough, I will be taking them to her as well.

I am a new patient with this office and had dental surgery last week to prepare for a tooth implant. It was my first time with this procedure and was preparing for the worst case scenario. I was pleasantly suprised, the surgeon was the best. He made me feel at ease, he was patient, he talked me through everything he was doing, he has a great attitude and it was over very quickly with no pain. His assistant told me everything I needed to do post surgery to take care of myself and my recovery has been excellent. I had mild discomfort but no swelling and no pain. I am very pleased and will go back to finish the work. The cost is high because thats how it is with dentistry. I could have found the procedure cheaper somewhere else but you get what you pay for and my teeth are worth the price. Im not going to fool around with price shopping on my mouth, instead I shop for professionalism, knowledge of what they are doing, good recommendations and experience. After this visit I am confident I made a wise decision for myself. Thank you Townland dentistry. Its nice to be greeted with a smile at the front desk when I first walk in. :-)

People tend to cringe when its time to go to the dentist. I use to until coming here. The office is clean, the staff is polite and respectful, the doctors are very knowledgeable and everyone works timely. Ive been coming for many years and have never had an issue. Dr. Pandey is nothing short of amazing. She is very patient, understanding and ensures all your concerns are addresed. Raquel was my hygienist for many years but is gone now. I was hesitant to try Dr. Gaston but there was no reason for it. He too is very patient and very good at his job. The office clearly has a standard and takes pride in who represents the company. The only thing I dont like is the parking. There are other doctor offices in the building and the parking is limited. That however is no reflection on the professionalism of Town Care Dental. They are great and Ive recommended them to many others.

I had the most horrific pain due to a cavity and even though I was not their patient, they took me in and gave me the best care possible. They were even able to get me to a specialist for a root canal. Everyone who works there are professional, caring and 100% dedicated to patient care. I was so impressed that I am switching dentists. Doctors Pandy, Oliver and Beddal were all amazing!!

First of all they have the friendliest staff I have experienced in a while. Dr. Pandey was professional and patient. She new I was nervous and walked me through my procedure which made me feel calm and secure. I had a cavity done and she removed my ugly old silver filling to a beautiful white one without any pain.
