We were at the dadeland mall location at 1pm and I wanted a piercing for my daughter. They told me I had to call to do an appointment even though there was nobody sitting on the piercing chair. It is 4:33pm, I shopped, ate at Texas d’ Brazil, past by the place while shopping maybe 5 times in the last 2 hours and nobody shopping nobody on the piercing chair. Before leaving I approached the other shift associates, specifically Blanca “manager” and she told me it was by appointment and even though they still don’t have anyone on the piercing chair they couldn’t do it. Three lazy associates in the morning and another 3 lazy associates in the afternoon. By the way, don’t lose your time calling to make appointment because the phone is never answered.

I bought 2 pairs of earrings here 3 months ago. The lady was nice and understood what i wanted. Today, 3 months later my pearl earrings broke. I was sitting down, not moving and the pearl just fell. It detached from the gold back part of the earring. I went back to the store at dadeland mall where i originally purchased these and respectfully asked for a new pair and a youngish man and youngish lady said no because i dont have the receipt and they tried my phone number in the “system” but of course it was not there because they didnt ask for it in the first place when i bought them....i had the box and even the price pad where the earrings came in.Very sad they werent able to fix faulty earring.

The employees were terrible. Firsthand I noticed 2 employees looking my way and laughing at me. Then made an excuse that they could not take the return of my purchase even though I had the receipt and jewelry was intact. Went to dolphin mall and they had no problem there, service from this store was better there.

A great place to get a piercing. I went with my girlfriend once and even though we broke up now Im still grateful for the memory cuz the customer service was so on point and a pleasure with helping me pick the right ear rings.

It took me a while to find a place which looked safe and clean to do my 3rd piercing (first two were done in Texas). Miami has a lot of tatoo parlors which look scary and there ir always Clair’s but I don’t want to go to a children’s store to get this done. Found this stand inside Dadeland Mall, close to Banana Republic. The lady there is Latin but spoke perfect English. She was super patient with me, explained carefully step by step and very gentle! Highly recommend this place.

Very bad service, you need wait till forever to somebody just realize that youre a customer, they need more employees to have a better service. So disappointed..
