On Jan 27 I spoke to Jorge for The compete package including air and cruise is only: $6,493.74 The was deposit was to be $400. That day my card was charged. Jan 28 an additional charge of $1,299 was put on my card. I contacted Jorge to cancel the package. He told me he could refund the 1299 for air right away and leave the cruise. I said I wanted both canceled. Again he wanted to only cancel the flight. Again I said no, both. He said fine I will cancel both. Feb 2 I contacted Jorge again. He stated he would refund the airfare right away but wanted to leave the cruise. Again I told Jorge no I want both canceled. I asked if there was another person I could speak with and was told dont worry I am working on the refund. REALLY? I requested to cancel 5 times. Was told twice the airfare would be refunded right away. It is now Feb 4 and no refund. Avoid Jorge!

I have been dealing with these people for about 10years and they are great. I highly recommend them. Their service is great and they will save you money over what you would get if you booked directly with the cruise line. My current advisor is JC Quintana who is great. I highly recommend them. He was there for me and my family on the one cruise where things went odd because of an oil spill in the harbor delaying the boat. Steve Gulko did a great job on the front end and Luxury Cruises delivered on Steves promises leading up to the cruise. However, communications with regards to fulfilling those promises were non-existent. Nevertheless, I have been inundated with promotions for new cruises. I requested from Steve to cease and desist with the promotional onslaught, but no one has either replied to my request or honored it. In other words I got what I ordered, but I also got a pile of unwanted junk email.

Shaun D’Arcy will provide you the best services possible. I booked my cruise for 2015 and the price dropped and he quickly informed me of the price drop and rebooked my cruise at the lower price. I have not received this kind of service before. I always had to inform the agency of the price drop. I also received on board credit. That is a bonus for us. Originally booked the trip direct thru Viking but Jorge contacted me (forget how/why) and said he could get the same price as Viking quoted plus an extra $750 credit. (Not sure how all that works, since Viking didnt seem to want to negotiate less that their on-line advertised price.) Jorge was excellent tp work with on both this China trip and an already completed trip to Alaska.

Jorge was patient and positive through several proposed itineraries as we tried to make up our minds about what cruise we wanted to take. He was responsive even after normal business hours as we are in a different time zone.
